It's close location to the airport with free shuttle service. The room was comfortable and inviting, but extremely small. The hotel was clean and the room was pretty, although extremely small. There was a business office where we could use the internet for no charge. There was a thin mesh shade on the one window in the room. It barely kept the sun from blinding us. There was nothing else on the window such as a blackout shade or drapes to keep the light out. Also, the bathroom was a nice size, but the shower door was off track and my husband hurt himself trying to get it open and closed. The front desk did not seem concerned about either of these issues. Maybe this problem was a one time occurrence, and it was just our luck to get this room.

Very clean and the staff offered great customer service. No complaints. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family. Staff was very efficient in every way. Had a great experience with Crown Plaza.

Very comfortable. Too many kids in the pool during the day. Very enjoyable stay andwell worth the money.

The view of the water. They required a $75.00 deposit. It was a wonder hotel. It was my birthday weekend and the hotel was great.
