Visitors' Reviews
The hotel did not honor our reservation. Management did not understand the internet, said they did not get our reservation. They did not help us find another hotel to stay in. Was rude and accused us of not paying. It took us three days to find a new hotel. Staff worried about the number of people at the front desk requesting room changes. Hotel caters to bus loads of Europeans who stay at the hotel during their entire vacation.
