All the staff were extremly friendly and helpful. I had a very plesent stay and would recommed anyone to stay at the hotel.

Can not fault the hotel very nice and people where very helpful, only down side is that it is in the middle on an industrial park so not the easiest to get to. We arrived late so had to get a taxi 45 euros! So if you can get the bus!

the hotel was difficult to find, no signs from the main road into dublin from the motorway. The room was extremely hot with the window only opening a small way, no fan or aircon in the room. We got the free shuttle into dublin when it eventually turned up 30 mins late, it was a taxi, the driver took us into dublin then said that we had to pay, i refused and told him to take it up with the hotel. On our last morning we had no hot water, i rang reception and was told to wait 10mins, after and hour we checked out as we had a flight to catch. I said to the staff about the hot water and they really didnt care, i asked to speak to the manager but he could not be located. \i have never stayed in a hotel that has run out of hot water

Found hotel and staff excellent . Only problem was waiitng for transport to city and no transport back not available through hotel , not clearly identified when booking that transport back is via own means .food in hotel was excellent

Excellent value for moneyThis hotel is very comfortable, clean, and at the price paid (39 euros per night) for a kingsize bed was a bargain compared to other more expensive lower standard hotels in Dublin.There are only 2 criticisms: location and restaurant opening times. The location is a 25 minute bus ride (79A) from Templebar, but the transportation is pretty good, the bus stops right outside the hotel and it's the last stop on the route so you can't miss your stop.We found the restaurant closed at 21.00 on a sunday and 22.00 on weekdays, with no room service so we ended up ordering in (which the hotel allowed due to them not serving food). The bar closes at 11.30 so if you're a late drinker then make sure you get em in before closing.All in all it was a very pleasant stay, we were only here for a short stay but will certainly return.

Nice break from a Hostel, but Far!A little too far from the main city then expected. Very difficult to get to! Love the DVD. Need better communications with Late Night Hotels. Asked if we made a reservation after giving us the room. Need better WiFi, could not pick it up.

Great place to stay - very helpful & friendly, but guess you would expect that from the Irish. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city though, so be prepared for a 15 min Taxi ride to the city centre (15 euro) , or the bus 79A (around 30 mins & 6 euro). Otherwise a great base for a stay in Dublin
