Great Hotel, Easy to find, Staff great with English, Breakfast plentiful, 15 minute walk to the greatest wonder in the world - the Statue of David. Make sure you grab brochures on places to eat. Staff are happy to help with directions.

The hotel was in walking distance of all the major tourist locations. The statue of David was on the same street!Clean, neat, and very comfortable.

The location of this hotel was good for getting around Florence. The hotel was refurbished 2 years ago so everything worked! Only downside was the buffet breakfast we have stayed in 3 star hotels in italy before and had a much better choice. Only cornflakes, Breadbuns, croissants, bread, biscuits, ham ,cheese, and natural yoghurt. A very poor selection. The staff acted straight away when we asked for more towels We had a family room massive. Only downside all the beds orthapedic so very very hard.
