This brand new property is situated in the 'Hivernage', just minutes away from the city centre shops and all the main points of interest such as the ancient walls, the Medina, the souks and the famous main square Jemaa El Fna. It also has a really easy access from the airport. Great new product in Marrakech, combining style & comfort with a great service and location. The exterior is a new building perfectly adapted to the surroundings. All the Junior Suites are decorated and designed in a 'zen'contemporary spirit. Good base for peole who are in Marrakesh to sightsee....Good location, Smart modern apperance inside and out... Room was spacious and clean. . . Staff were friendly and helpfull. . The pool area only had 4 sun loungers and was small. . Breakfast was basic... Excellent hotel to stay at if you dont want to use the hotel to lounge around at. . .

Well located, 5 mins walk from old city, and also close to new city. Boutique hotel, so small with nice, friendly atmosphere. We used the spa which was wonderful - massage, hamman, jaccuzzi, etc. WiFi and DVD player in room made it 'teenager friendly'. Only downside was the food which we didn't think was up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

We stay in Marrakech quite a lot. We normally stay in lovely Riads but this time we fancied something a little more hotel-like. This was just the ticket. A stylish hotel in the cool end of town. While there is much to be said for staying in the old part of town with all the charm that that brings, staying out in Hivernage lets you avoid the hassle and puts great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I parked right outside the front door, in sight of the doorman. And Marrakech is such a small town that nothing was far away. You can walk to the main square if you need to. It is within 10 mins of the airport which was important this time as I was picking up my girlfriend. A groovy hotel, great style, wonderful hamman/spa, free wifi (a must) and attentive staff. Couldn't fault it and would thoroughly recommend to others (we already have in fact). The only marginal mediocre point was the breakfast which while absolutely fine, lacked imagination. Other places we have stayed in in Marrakech beat the breakfast hands down. But apart from that, first rate. Oh and we were there in real slow season, so the place lacked a little atmosphere. And it would have cost them nothing to upgrade the room seeing as the place was empty and we are Moroccan residents who regularly visit Marrakech. Just a thought.
