Clean, quiet, well furnished room with good sized en-suite. Friendly family business with good breakfast service. Recommended if staying in the area.

Very pleasant welcome, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a very nice full english, well cooked. Room was clean and comfortable, headboard was broken although this was not really an issue, only downside was that it was not en-suite. Shame, otherwise very nice.

Excellent. Cannot fault in any way. Everything was as promised and Emma was extremely polite and accommodating. Would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Room was very clean and had a lovely beamed ceiling. Very friendly hosts. Opted for the continental breakfast which was fine and there were several options for a cooked breakfast at a reasonable extra cost. Tucked away down a quiet lane and a much better option than staying in Chatham.

Very comfortable and friendly. The Hotel is in a quiet and secluded area, so no noisy traffic! Thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

This is a lovely B&B in a pleasant spot, and Emma could not have been more helpful. Our only criticism is that the room was rather small.
