We are dvc members and this was my childrens favorite disney vacation, the staff was helpful and friendly the lifeguards are great I cant say enough about this resort We stayed in a 2 bedroom facing the pool great location just a wonderful summer vacation with memories to last a lifetime

Great location, facilities, staff and activities. We are not DVC members and stayed at this facility as a guest. This was our first time here, and we will definitely come back. Kids raved about all the activities (bonfire, crabbing from the pier, making shark necklaces etc.) and were asking to come back before we left. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Onsite heated pool open from 8a - 10 p with waterslide was great. Beachhouse is a short drive away or you can take the shuttle. Since we were traveling with 8yr /5 yr and 8 month old, we opted to drive. It is a short and convenient drive and the beach and beach house faciilties were great. We will be back.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean, but not as clean as I would expect from Disney. Staff is wonderful! View from our room was great! Stayed in the studio room with husband and 2 kids and will bring an air mattress next time if it is the only room available. The sofa bed hurt!!! Not comfortable at all!!! Regular bed was ok. Pools were nice. Loved the beach house. Cocktail drinks are way too expensive!!! They charge you for the drink, the mix in the drink, the liquor in the drink and whether or not the drink is frozen or on the rocks!!! Must try the "Cookie Monster", it was a HUGE hit with the kids. Will be back in October and we have rented a 2 bedroom for that trip so hopefully sleeping conditions will be better. Overall, great trip and while the hotel arrangements were not necessarily the best, we were there for the beach and that part of the trip was awesome!!!

We have just returned from the most fabulous trip to Hilton Head and the Disney resort was the primary reason for our enjoyment. We had never been to the area before and looked at a number of villas before choosing Disney. We didn't realize how much of a bonus the kids activities were. We have 7 & 9 year old boys and this is the first vacation I did not hear ""We're bored"". Crab fishing, crafts, campfires, water slide, marsh exploring, magic shows, and the all important Kids Night Out! You have to check it out. We'll be back!!

One of the best run, nicest locations I have ever stayed in all my years of traveling. Perfect for the family with young children, as the activities and friendliness of the staff cannot be beat. We were honestly stunned by how much nicer the accomodations look in person versus the web site. I highly recommend it.
