General Description

Located in established sub-divisions, all homes are of a good quality and standard, meeting all the basic requirements for a clean, self-catering holiday home. In short, they are perfect for the budget-minded holidaymaker. Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The center is open daily from 08:00 h. to 12 midnight. After hours key collection is from the electronic lock box outside of the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for your villa you will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for your villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to your booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out is 10am.
