The hotel was very close to the airport but rather quiet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast and plenty of choices.

The decor was beautiful and we loved the breakfast! You had to pay for internet use and for local phone calls! We were very upset by that. We loved the hotel itself: the decor was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the amenities (fridge, TVs, closet space) were nice. We also liked that it had a big pool and a spa. The continental breakfast was really good, though the food was a little underdone. The area the hotel was located in wasn't the greatest. It was a pretty rough area and it had hardly any restaurants nearby. We spent 20 minutes trying to find a place to eat! We were also upset by how the hotel charged for things that we felt should be included considering the cost of the hotel. We were unable to use my husband's laptop because they wanted to charge us for it. They also charged me 75 cents a piece for two local phone calls. I could have used a pay phone for that rate! We did enjoy our stay, but we feel that the above amenities should be included in the cost of your room.

The hotel was very pleasant. It doesn't look particularly glamorous from the outside - the rooms are accessed from an outdoor corridor, and our corridor faced directly onto the pool area, but once you get inside the room, they are very nicely furnished and appointed. The rooms are also very spacious, with a living area and separate bedroom. The staff are very friendly and gave us very good help in deciding where to go to dinner that night.

No bottled water in room, phoenix is a desert; water only at vending machines A pleasant hotel that is very close to the airport and has easy freeway access to the greater Phoenix area. The suites are very spacious featuring a living room, bar and newly remodeled bathrooms. There is complimentary breakfast served every morning. The hotel staff is very nice and the open courtyard with running fountains makes for a comfortable evironment to relax in. The massive pool is excellent for those hot desert days.

the jr suite was great. microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, wifi available, bed was great, tv was large, property was quiet and had nice restaurant and the inclusive breakfast buffet (hot) was very good. would go there again.

Although being difficult to find as its in I believe a convention complex the hotel was outstanding clean friendly excellent service as we had dinner in our room the pool was nice and the breakfast was all you could want I would stay there again no question about that

Very nice room, clean, quiet and convenient. Bed was very comfortable, AC unit was quiet. The only negative, no sleep timer on bedroom TV.

I liked the room location we had. The breakfast wasn't appetizing. We really enjoyed our stay and the room was excellent the only thing was the breakfast was cold and it wasn't very tasty.

The size of the room, and the comfort of the bed. The quality and choice of food on the menu in the restaurant. The double tree has comfortable rooms, pleasant service and a nice atmosphere. Best of all it is a great location, close to the airport.

The service was good, and the location was convenient. The overall aesthetic was rather industrial. The room met our needs, and we took advantage of the free breakfast -- I'm picky about my coffee, and the hotel's was decent. We enjoyed the happy hour appetizers, the pool, and the business center. Internet service was free, which was quite helpful. The service was good. The one thing I didn't like was the architectural design of the building -- it was rather industrial and sterile.
