The staff were exceptionally helpful. Lot of construction going on around, and the parking was a little expensive. The front office team made my stay a wonderful experience in Atlanta. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location friendly staff, very nice comfortable rooms. Didn't have a cooler or microwave available limited TV channel movies overpriced. Great place to stay very comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful friendly staff.

Location. Having to pay extra for internet use and parking. I have stayed here in the past and was pleased. However, this time the bed sheets were stained, the bath tub would not drain and we had no caffeinated coffee.

Very clean friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort and cleanliness. It was a great place to stay we enjoyed it and so did our kids.

Nice friendly staff. Room stinker like gutter and there was wet carpet in the room. From the looks of it room looks clean and neat. However, room smelled like gutter. There was wet carpet thru out the room and room smelled from that dirty water of the carpet.

Sweet dream beds, location, indoor rooms. Construction work sat./sun. Parking fee $20/ broken light restroom. The hotel quality was what I expected, except construction on hotel next door. If I were staying more than one night I would be more upset about the noise. Nice staff, very clean and comfortable rooms.

Clean and friendly. The very high parking fee. The Double Tree in Atlanta was clean and very friendly. I arrived very late after a very long drive for the annual Groundhog's Day Juggling Festival. Only a few dollars more than the motels suggested by the juggler's club and rated significantly better. However, I was informed at check-in that I would also have a $20/day parking fee added to my room adding a hefty charge for my savings. Usually, this is not a problem, and likely the result of being in a large city, but it was a rude surprise after 5 hours on the road in the dark, since we didn't use any hotel facilities other than the bed,

The bed and bedding were wonderful! I slept like a queen! I liked everything! This is the second time that I've stayed at the hotel. It is extremely convenient, clean and very comfortable. I will stay there again really soon!

Comfortable, quiet room. Love the hot cookies. Parking is too expensive makes me want to stay elsewhere. I love the hotel, but parking is too expensive, $20 a night self park.

Great stay! Staff nice & courteous. Room was quite comfortable and clean--a good deal for the price. We wanted a very nice place to stay without breaking the bank...it was a good match to that. The complimentary shuttle took us (8) out to eat, picked us up and got us to the corner MARTA just in time to ride downtown to Philips arena for the concert. Because of the closeness of MARTA, we were able to walk back to the hotel after. (Very convenient to stay in Buckhead & ride downtown.) Parking a bit pricey but was secure & hassle-free.

The rooms were very nice, neat and clean. It is a good commuter hotel as there is very little within the hotel itself (very small bar and restaurant). One of the elevators was broken, making travel to the room very slow. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay if you have other places to visit.

I stayed here on a very chilly, rainy night - so miserable out that we decided to try the restaurant for dinner. Big Mistake!! Even if it's a blizzard, take your chances and go somehere, anywhere else to eat. Though our server was very nice, it seemed they hadn't actually served dinner there in years. Soup was cold (and terrible). Food also poor. Beer and wine selection terrible.

It felt very clean. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in! Did not know about the parking fee of 20$/night. And it was a non-smoking room, but someone had been smoking in it. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Parking is not as convenient as I would like. And paying 20$ a night to park is a bit steep for anyone. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful.

Location, ambiance, cleanliness. The hotel staff should not have rented a room with a drain that did not function properly. Great location. Expensive to park. Nice clean rooms, but our tub drain was clogged, resulting in a less than enjoyable shower experience.

The location. The room smelled stale and urine was on the toilet seat. Room smelled stale. Parking was $14.00 + per night and I didn't feel safe walking from the parking garage to the hotel. They are not conjoined.

The hotel was clean and in the perfect location for my purposes. Parking was outrageously expensive. It was not what I consider a 3-star hotel. This is a very clean, very efficient hotel in the heart of Buckhead. Best part about the hotel was the free WiFi. The staff was friendly and very helpful and I had no problems whatsoever.

I attended a conference at the hotel and the room arrangement was too small to accomodate the group. Our meeting room was too small, cramped and uncomfortable. The hotel was fine and I would recommend that others stay there but be very careful if they are planning a group event.

Very conveniently located to mass transit, easy access to airport transportation; good restaurants of all sorts nearby. Bathroom fixtures were not well designed/maintained, but staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. No bellstaff to help with luggage.

The person checking us in was very nice. The room was nicer than expected. Parking is unnecessarily expensive (the gates were wide open during our stay). The bartender was rude. The guy checking us in was very friendly. Good experience with the exception of paying for internet and parking. The parking garage gate was wide open Sunday.
