Closeness to highway. The fact that I had to pay $11.00 to park. Unusual for a suburban location. Ok place. Did not like paying for parking.

The room was very comfortable, lots of room, wonderful bed! There was nothing I did not like. The staff was friendly, the restaurant served excellent food and the room was large with a very plush and comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was beautiful with separate tub and large shower. Everything was very upscale and beautiful! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to travelers in the Rosemont area.

always consistant and clean amenities are expensive, ie interent and parking I look forward to my stays at doubletree. I certainly wish they would add more free amenities such as high speed internet, phone calls and parking. gibson's steakhouse is nice to have in the hotel, though also a touch overpriced.

Very easy and convenient. A little bit hard to find (back from road) and parking was awkward. Friendly and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Pricey in the restaurant. Great location for the convention center and Rosemont theater rooms are very nice, comfortable, clean etc. Not one single complaint on the hotel. Only drawback is there are very limited restaurant options in the area.

The cleanliness of the pool and Jacuzzi areas. The weekend receptionists were rude. I had to wait over 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport. There is no valet parking. I would advertise Doubletree Hotel Chicago O'Hare Airport Rosemont in Rosemont as a 2 1/2 maybe a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star. The property does not have all the amenities of a true 4 star hotel.

From the moment I walked in the door, the service provided was immediate and inviting. Only thing wrong, ice vender out on the floor I was on...other than that not much else wrong. The hotel was clean, nicely and festively decorated for the season, very comfortable and the staff was helpful.

Gibson's Steakhouse is on site. The coffee bar was disappointing. I thought the hotel was very nice. Having Gibson's Steakhouse on site is a plus. The coffee bar near the lobby was disappointing. Housekeeping service was marginal-i.e. for the 4 day stay they never gave me a new liner for the ice bucket despite my leaving it out. All in all this is a very nice hotel.

The room itself was so warm and really nice. I did not like the fact that I would have to pay for parking. The Double tree is a beatiful Hotel, I want to go back for my next stay in about 2 weeks. I love it! Thank you very much.

Valet was terrible. The staff argued with us and because of an airline delay, we almost didn't get the room at 2:30 am. Also had a difficult time with a rental car pickup/drop off. We will never go to this hotel again, period.

The bathroom was roomy Parking should have been free, the hallways did not have freshness, had a bad order.....The business center equipment was not working... I feel that the business center should have up to date equipment that works. The freshness of the facility was poor. The front desk clerks need to be be in diversity training.

My stay at The Doublertree O'Hare was delightful. The front desk staff was very friendly, my room was nice and cool upon arrival. The front desk staff was helpful in things to do while in Chicago since it was my first time. I will visit the city again and will stay at The Doubletree O'Hare.......

We checked in to the hotel around 12 am. After the first room we were sent to was wrong we went down to the desk to explain to the manager. She then sent us to TWO different rooms that were both occupied with sleeping people. One of the room a man jumped up and starting screaming ""what's going on""! The manager had no empathy and just sent me to another room. I think she was mad that I didn't like how she handled things so they had 2 different wake-up calls set. I never ordered a wake-up call. I just wanted to sleep in after my drive. When we checked out the man at the desk was very short with us and treated us like we were troubling him because of the fact that we wanted to split the bill across 2 credit cards. Not the kind of service I was expecting there. They don't mention the fact that you pay $11 a day for parking there. Thats if you park and don't leave. It's $16 a day if you intend to drive in and out on trips throughout the town. I would never stay there again.

I stayed here for an early flight out of O'Hare.

Ups: Staff and menu at Gibson's steakhouse great! Room was clean, bed comfortable.Shuttle to airport.

Downs: Front desk staff was terse and very, very unfriendly. Had to walk long way from municipal parking lot only to find the hotel skywalk entrance locked. Had to retrace steps and take elevator to street level then walk about a block in frigid temp. They ding you $10 for I-net access (give me a break!) and ..... no hot water in the morning. Ice cold shower, how nice.

Stay at the hotel across the street.

Our stay at the Doubletree was just OK. The location is good, close to the airport. I think the shuttle service should offer free shuttles to area restaurants. We did not have a car & had to take taxis. The TV remote was not working properly, we ordered a basket of Danish & muffins through room service for the next morning & the Danish were dried out & tasted very old. They did send us some new pastries after we complained.

We stayed at this hotel and were greeted with rude customer service associates at the front desk. They refused to switch our room when our air conditioning was on the fritz becasue they were booked up. They were very short tempered I believe about the fact that we went through travel agent to get our tickets and they were less expensive. I will never stay in another Doubletree Hotel.

The hotel was wonderfully located next to the Convention Center. We were able to walk to the center at any time and not have to worry about parking. Hotel staff at the restaurants was friendly and inviting. Gibson's Restaurant was astounding! My partner enjoyed a lobster tail that not only tasted great but was so huge it filled her up! This hotel is highly recommended.

Bathroom was very spacious with separate shower and tub. Shower was huge. Overall decor was pleasing. The room was cramped to force a sofa and table into room. Would have preferred to ditch the couch. Very close to Rosemont l train stop. Across the street from convention center and Rosemont theatre. $11/day to park in convention center parking garage was unexpected for a hotel so far from downtown. Other hotels in area had their own parking for free. Police directing traffic (car and pedestrian) in front of convention center blew their whistles starting very early in the morning and was quite annoying when we were sleeping in on Sunday morning.

The free cookie. The parking I had to pay twice to get my vehicle out of the garage. The parking was the only thing I didn't like. It ruined my day. I was told if I was going to be coming and going I should be charged the one price. I woke up and wanted to leave and they wanted me to pay again.

The parking situation is less than optimal; have to pay to park in a deck and walk to the hotel. Extremely luxurious, well maintained property. Parking in adjacent deck at cost of $11 is annoying, but the hotel itself is wonderful. I hope to have longer stays to take advantage of all the amenities in the future.

Parking ramp with skywalk to hotel Hot tub was not clean The location is close to O'Hare. 5:30am shuttle was right on time, very nice piano bar and Gibson's Steakhouse was outstanding. I would stay there again just to eat at Gibson's.
