Excellant location, incredible rooms, great service, very clean, very friendly. There was not a complimentary continental breakfast. The room was incredible. We talked with the concierge about taking a trolley tour, and the hotel took us by limo to the trolley station. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Andre was the man. Kept those warm cookies coming! The conceirge desk was helpful and knowledgeable of the city and what to see and do.The hotel was very comfortable and decorated nice for the holdiays. It was easy to talk to other travelers in the common rooms.Great location as far a touring the area. We walked alot and loved being close to the river. We were dissapointed in the breakfast. This was the only meal we ate in the resturant. Very substandard compared to the rest of the experience.

The rooms were adequate, however street noise was excessive and the curtains let in too much light. The ice machine on our floor was inop. The elevators were very slow, and the parking fee of $17.50/day I thought was high. The hotel restaurant was aweful.

Convenience; valet parking. No daily paper - only Sunday; also there was no fridge in the room. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, from the valet, to the reception desk, to the restaurant. We were within easy walking to Riverfront, City Market, and tours picked up at the hotel as well. Our stay in Savannah was very nice.

Location fantastic. Within walking distance to everything. The Old Savannah Tour guide, [...], was great and made the history of the city come alive. Concierge was quick and helpful in the beginning, but when it was time to check out, they were less enthused.

It was a good location. We had 4 people staying they kept giving up 3 towels and 1 night no washcloths at all it took 3 call to get washcloths and more towels. The concierge was very knowledgeable the location was good the parking for 15 a night was steep the Hyatt was only 12 a night.

Room was clean, no fresh lines until the 3rd day. No mini bar in the room. The hotel was clean, and the room we had was nice. No mini bar, and if you wanted any snacks you had to shop before you returned to the hotel. The gym was good. I worked out 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The only positive was the gym.

Hotel was nicely situated close to River Street and shopping. Went the weekend before St. Patrick's Day and the noise was unbelievable! Could hardly sleep for the noise of the partiers and for the police, rescue squad and fire sirens. I hope to book a room in a quieter location next time. Our daughter goes to school in Savannah and we have actually stayed at a comperable hotel for less $ and no valet parking. This was an extra $17.50/day, kind of tough to take in this economy and room was a premium price. The room was clean and the best were comfy. No free breakfast.

upon arrive, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but very basic; the room was humid but we thought nothing of it since most hotels only use the fan when the room is unoccupied- we turned on the air- medium then went to bed. The room never cooled, we turned the air on high and it still never cooled and the humidity remained very high (about like it was outside). The TV was out of color and the shower curtain would not stay closed- or open to one side, the rod was bent and the curtain now hangs over the toilet. I felt these MIGHT be excusable until I asked about checking out early because we were unable to sleep due to the high humidity and warm temp in the room. The front desk apologized and questioned why I didn't have engineering come fix it last night (I assume she must have felt it wasn't that bad if I didn't complain sooner) I was told I would have to pay a early cancellation fee. I then informed her about the vomit in the elevator when she explained it has been there all night. When I asked her to repeat that, she said ""well, it's been there for about two hours, we'll have house keeping clean it up when they arrive in about an hour."" I don't know about you but I can understand equipment failing but for someone to have an attitude like that- it's too gross for me to clean up but my guess can put up with it... that is not a hotel I care to stay at nor my customers or co-workers/management. Think about that next time you plan to book there.

Liked the hotel and the people. Close to the river and the City Market. The rooms were nice, but would have liked more than one wastebasket. Our bathtub was very slow to drain. When making the reservation I did not see anything about the $15.00 a day valet parking. You cannot access your car unless they bring it up from the underground garage. I might have made a different decision when booking, but we did get a good room rate, so I guess it all evened out. All in all we had a great time. Oh, and bring a 4 cup coffee pot and real coffee cause they only have decaf and a crazy coffee maker thingy. But..... the hotel coffee is good if you have a great hubby that will go and get it for you!

The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was very homey and comfortable. The rooms are pleasant and the beds provide a good night's sleep. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location on the northeast corner of the historic district is convenient. And the chocolate chip cookie you receive on arrival is delicious!
