Really nice hotel and top location for city centre. Friendly staff, good car parking and nice room. Would stay here again. Only complaint was the price of the breakfast - £14 each. Best leaving this and eating in town, nice cafe 5 minutes walk.

Though the hotel was nice we were very disappointed with our room No 217 which was situated looking over the Air condition/ kitchen fan/extraction system. The noise of the system even with the windows closed was very annoying. We phone reception and was advsied the the main nose was caused by the kitchen extraction system which would shut off at 11 pm, unfortunately even when this was off we were still disturbed by what must have been the Air conditioning system and for some reason the louder noise came on again at 4.30 am. So though I wouldn't give a bad rating overall for the hotel. Avoid room 217 if they offer it to you if you want any sort of sleep.

Food was delicious if a little expensive.Swimmimg pool and gym are good, although changing rooms weren't to the same cleanliness standard as the rest of the hotel.Due to its city centre location rooms are noisy on a Friday night after the pubs close, lots of police sirens and shouting, ask for a room at the back where this isn't as loud!Overall a pleasant stay and excellent location.

Room was great, very central and good price for the room. However they managed to lose some underwear with their laundry service and they wouldn't give the refund for lost clothes as it was a sunday! Customer service could be better.

Always find that inner city hotels are over priced and this one is no exception. Whilst it is pretty clean & tidy some of the rooms still smell from when people used to smoke inside. There is currently building going on out the back at present and is making parking a nightmare! Parking facilities are really poor.

The reception staff on my arrival were excellent and in general every body i spoke to at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good discounted rate. Room deco all in red, which was a bit wierd. Great location with free parking at the back of the hotel.
