We were 2 couples staying for one night only as we were going to a boxing match in the national stadium. The hotel was clean however there appeared a problem with our booking in that one room with one adult in each had been booked on line but that could have been a mistake on our part. The hotel did get it sorted but one of the double rooms was a very small one and the bed - a double - was just that and no more as was so in the larger double. Need to change your beds. We went into the bar attached to the hotel for a meal and it was very poor. It took ages to come, was partly cold and although the waitress was lovely and kindly sorted it, it still wasn't great or what was asked for but due to time issues we ate up and got out. Our bill was slightly reduced. We came back later for a quiet drink and a chat in the hotel or the bar we had eaten in - no chance!!!! Ok it was saturday night but it was hiving and very noisy - obviously for a young crowd. We had one drink and left for bed - no chance of sleeping either!!!! Music went on til all hours - the whole street was lively for many hours. Not my best choice ever but for one night we coped. Breakfast the next day was nice. Oh, if you ewant to leave to head home early - don't use the car park round the corner as it doesn't open til 11 am on a sunday. Good luck.

Good central location, a pub (The Hairy Lemon) is opposite so there will be noise from that (I was woken at 6am by barrels being thrown about while the dray van was doing an exchange. Good sized room though. I had a number of problems on the first night (Whole floor smelled of dry cleaning fluid, room smelled bad, explosive hot water tap, cold shower, telephone not working) but all seemed to be fixed the second night after I meentioned them to the receptionist. The breakfasts were ok, but you don't get much coffee unless you either ask for it or the waitress feels in the mood. There isn't really much to the hotel on the reception floor, just a lobby and a lift. Personally I prefer a traditional hotel.

The only problem - but a major one at that - was the noise from the street. The hotel is next to a night club, and a lot of its guests go out for a smoke throughout the night, and are very loud, making it very hard to get any sleep at all. The breakfast was not great, but oh well. The front desk was extremely helpful, and the location is good. If they put soundproof windows in, I'd stay there again - but, as things are, I'd rather find a more quiet location.

Hotel bedroom very noisy outside. Fan from ventilation extract across road very very noisy. Entrance to nightclub across the road also very noisy during the early hours. Not able to open the bedroom window for ventilation due to the noise!Generally an OK hotel apart from the noise. Very central.

It can be very noisy at nighttime because of the nightclub next door. So it's very important to get a room on the upper levels!

The room was fine but on street frontage and a little noisy.Fan in bathroom when light switched was very noisy.Ask for a wake up call for 5.45am but did not get it,which could have cost my fligh connection.Breakfast was not available until 7.30am, I checked out at 6.20am nothing was available. The hotel is convenient and clean but the service is lacking.I would possibly stay again if there were a few changes.

Was worried when the taxi driver hadn't heard of it but relieved to find that it was of good standard. Breakfast was worth getting up for!

Be aware there are late night clubs in the area. Windows are fairly soundproof, but is you wanted to leave them open you would hear the noise. Staff were very friendly.Bring your own hairdryer.

We thought the bedroom should have had a small table and a couple of easy chairs to relax in to read etc.

Nice Hotel in the middle of Dublin. We had a room at the street side of the hotel and there was very much noise from the bar's in the street till 5 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast was poor, for 2 days there was no yogurt, or cheese ect. only marmalade. The room was clean en looked very nice, but we couldn't stop the shower, and we had to ask someone to switch it off.

On the positives, the hotel is really well located for the bars and restaurants in Temple Bar and Grafton Street, and the bar attached to the hotel is actually a well-known local bar in its own right. Also, the staff are great; at 11pm I asked if I could get an iron, and the receptionist bought it to my room there and then.On the down-sides though, the wireless network never worked for me during my three-day stay, although one of my colleagues did have it work for them on the final day. Also, although the breakfast was 'ok', if it's a key part of why you pick a hotel, you might be disappointed. Certainly if I'd paid full price I would have been, but the discounted price made the whole thing reasonable value. We were attending a conference at the Radisson SAS, and the Drury Court is barely a few minutes walk, so it was very convenient.

to whom it concerns - I booked this hotel as a last minute thing and am glad that the hotels that I usually stay at in dublin were full for the friday night 13th June - i last stayed in Brooks hotel across the road from yourselves and i would say that i found your hotel the Drury Court much more friendly and much better value for money - our stay at your Hotel was made better by the front counter staff who i found to be very friendly and more than helpful - they kept our bags on the saturday morning in oreder that we did a bit of shopping - i was going to mail your hotel in respect of this anyhow - it was very easy to get to and the fact that car parking was close by was an added bonus - i will look forward to staying there again nect month and have already recommend it to close friends -a central Hotel with friendly service and no airs and graces - Ita Duggan
