Located on Nathan Road in Hong Kong's busy shopping and commercial Kowloon district the location of the hotel can be reached just by 5 minutes walk from the Jordan MTR Station. Our hotel is however not far either from the Hong Kong International Airport and the distance can be reached by less than one hour by a cab or shuttle bus service. Designated as a four star hotel, special rooms are the preferred choice of travellers who want to make their stay in this beautiful island with the pleasurable experience. The surprising and convenient accommodations in our hotel cleverly equipped with everything you will need. There are numerous world class hotels and accommodations in Hong Kong that offer the best of facilities and amenities. One of the most reputed hotels among them is the Eaton Hotel. The hotel amenities and services at our Hotel are worth a mention. We are the spirited hub for business and leisure travellers. We are currently refurbishing the 4th floor of the hotel. This exciting renovation will encompass a new garden bar along with an innovative open style check-in area. This enhancement work is due to be completed in early October 2010 and during this time our 4th floor will be closed however all hotel services will still be available. For checkin and checkout our Reception Desk will be located on the ground floor. Buffet breakfast will be available from Yagura on LG floor with T Bar also being relocated to Yagura. During this time please enjoy lunch and dinner at Yagura (LG) and Yat Tung Heen (B2). Guests can be assured that there will be minimal impact to your stay during this time.

Location and Clean Over charged for internet and Construction Noise. Hotel is located in a good area, the rooms are smaller, and they were doing construction during our stay, which was unbarring to be in your room. They did not change our room per request to the other side of the hotel, although they said they will. They also overcharged me for the internet use, I explained and still nothing happened.

Not too far from MTR station, not far from Temple market. Surrounding isn't nice, hotel room is very small. Eaton hotel isn't bad for the price I got. Unfortunately, it was during renovation, so my last night wasn't comfortable at all. Room is very small, and if you request 2 beds it is literally 2 small beds. Don't even think of asking extra bed, no more space.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Internet in room was not free. The Eaton Hotel is an excellent selection for business travelers. It is convenient to public transportation (MTR), has very helpful and courteous staff who are fluent in both English and Cantonese, and it is away from the crowded, touristy Tsim Sha Tsui area.

Obliging, courteous and friendly staff. At present undergoing renovations involving outside tiling noise between 10am-6pm The Eaton is a comfortable hotel, slightly more spacious than average with courteous, helpful and professional staff. Handy location for transport being just 5mins from Jordan M.T.R. Excellent breakfast and choice of eateries plus attractive rooftop pool with personal trainer available at the gym. I liked staying there.

Not a bad hotel to stay in for such a rate. The staff are friendly and are able to communicate in english. Though the water cant drain well in the bathtub, the staff managed to clear it promptly.

It is a nightmare to check in this hotel which is rated 4 stars. I haven't seen a room (Room no. 601) which is too small to accommodate 2 persons, moreover I can't open the wardrobe door and the curtain can't be drawn. Never recommend to anyone.

Excellent location. Convenient shopping. Great restaurants nearby. Very helpful hotel staff. Transportation is an ease with subway. No doubt will stay there again. Btw, never reserve a standard room as it is in poor shape. Request a deluxe room (remodeled) for US $30.00 more each night, which is much upscale and pleasant looking room than the standard.

Eaton Hotel is located in the heart of Nathan Road close to Jordan MTR. Its in the shopping strip of Kowloon with easy access to Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable with fantastic facility. The staff from reception to cleaners are fantastic, polite and helpful. I definitely recommend Eaton hotel for a great value stay in Hong Kong. Entry to the hotel is via Pak Hoi road.

We had never seen a room that SMALL and DIRTY before. It is not a 4 Star hotel at all. Outside looks very nice but the room inside is terrible. When we opened our luggage, it already hit the door. When we sat down the toilet, the sink was right in front of you less than 1 foot. There were severl big mold on the mirror at the restroom. We went to front desk and asked for exchanging to a reasonable room. They were so rude and laughing. That was totally disrespect. They said if you wanted a better room, you could paid USD200 more per night. When we booked this hotel, it said the price was for standard room. As a four star hotel, this kind of room can't reach the standard at all. I wish I could see the bad review when I booked this hotel. This is the most terrible hotel experience that I had never had.

Nice renovated room, but a little small. We couldn't find Western restaurants in the area so we ate in the hotel. The food was good but a bit expensive.

We received an upgrade so the stay was even better than expected. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so there was some construction noise between 10 am and 5:30 pm. The Eaton Hotel is a nice hotel. We have stayed there once before and were happy to stay a second time. It is close to the metro and the night market. The hotel restaurant has good food. Overall we enjoyed our stays at the Eaton Hotel.

For the HK tour, the hotel wanted to charge 5% extra for use of a credit card. The location of the hotel is a good 5 blocks from the nearest MTR station. Even the Airport Express( fast train)'s bus shuttle does not stop at this hotel. The rooms are super small. Even though it technically meets the requirement of a 4*, I felt that Regal Kowloon.

The locations was great! Gave me a very old room. Very old. The Hotel is in a perfect location. I would have liked to have received a remodeled room as the one I received had furniture from the 50's or 60's, a TV from the late 70's. But since I didn't spend too much time in the room the location really was great for shopping, however either way you have to be a walker to visit Hong Kong!

The hotel is excellent. The room had smell and the towels are old & worn. The staff is friendly and professional. It is an excellent hotel for business and to meet friends. My overall experience was good.

I stayed at the Eaton Hotel for only one night. While the facilities were good, the room was shockingly small. Some people might say that's atypical of Hong Kong but I think there are better alternatives in similar price ranges.
