The quality of the hotel and staff was terrific. Layout of hotel - was hard to get to lobby from room. Wonderful staff and accommodations. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the best value in Pigeon Forge. I've stayed here 3 times now, rooms are priced well, very clean, and you can't beat spending some relaxing time behind the hotel on the river hand feeding ducks. I will definitely be back here again.

I liked the way the rooms where set up. Elevators were very small. I really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean. I liked the way the rooms where set up. It was in a very good location. I would stay here again.

WE HAD A NICE TIME THE ROOMS WERE GREAT WE STAYED IN ROOM # 344 ON THE BACK SIDE BY THE STREEM WE FED THE DUCKS WE LOVED THE HOTEL VERY NICE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN THE ONLY THING BAD NOT REALY WAS THE POOL IT WAS SMALL BUT KEEP US COOL !!! MY HUBBY AND I MY DAUGHTER AND SON & INN LAW STAYED 6 NIT

The best for the money. I t was clean and had everything you needed. It is right in the heart of Pigeon Forge where you can get everywhere quickly. I was very pleased with the pool and the room. They have laundry room beside pool if needed and there where no problems with our stay.

The hottub in our room was in such bad shape, we wouldn't dare use it. It was in serious need of being reglazed. It also appeared to be dirty. The bottom of the regular tub was soiled, so we showered with shower shoes. Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking, but it was evident that someone had recently smoked in the room from the odor and also burn stains on the side of the tub. The floor was never vacuumed while we were there. When we first arrived, we had to clean the bedside table where someone spilled a soda, leaving a sticky mess that housekeeping failed to take care of. Our room was never cleaned before 3:30-4:00pm. Changing rooms was not an option because the hotel was completely booked. Some other guests we chatted with were not given rooms requested. One handicapped lady was put on the second floor, forced to climb stairs. Another requested two doubles because she was traveling with her teenaged granddaughter but was given a single king. The continental breakfast was meager to say the least. We have stayed in many hotels, this has to be one of the worst experiences we have had. We plan to visit the area many times, but this hotel is off-limits!

Very nice lodge. We got more for our money that we were expecting to get. Great location on the parkway, yet our riverside room was quiet. The view was so natural and seemed so far away from the rush of the commercial world. Nice room (small but had everything that we needed, including microwave and frig) nice indoor pool (great for those kids on rainey days) nice breakfast (love the apple nut muffens) nice landscape (added to the more expensive hotel feeling). We WILL stay here again. In fact we have already made reservations for three rooms at New Year!
