Location wasoutstanding. Hotel waspretty. Service. Lots of issues with valet parking, obtaining things like blow dryer, getting an umbrella at pool, cleanliness of pool area, etc. Outstanding location (right on beach). Nicely refurbished. Lots of issues like being able to get an umbrella at pool, pool deck upstairs needs a good pressure washing, had issues getting a blow dryer (took a long time and person on phone was rude), our friends bath would not work (faucet broke off in their hand), our one lamp wouldn't work. Valet parking took over 45 minutes to get the car, etc. Would still recommend priceline but not that specific hotel.

they were courteous and very clean and helpfull. rooms were beautiful The eden rock hotel is a beautiful place to stay and the service is great. Never had such a good hotel stay before.

Hotel had 3 restaurants. But I only ate at two. Food was excellent. although expensive. Window did not work. was rusted. Hotel was beautiful. Right on the north Miami beach. There was a storm so did not use the pool. Room looked great. Comfortable bed. No bath. Beautiful shower. Bathroom was clean. Room was very clean. Food was great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was huge and we had a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool was dirty and they were pounding all day while putting up tents. We had the most beautiful room with a balcony which looked out on the water. The rooms were nicely decorated and very modern. We felt like we were in a studio apartment with all the space we had. We checked in early at around 9:30 am and they put us in a room right away. We dined at the outdoor restaurant and the food and service were super.

Service was sub-par (although friendly). Beautiful hotel, with sub-par staff. The staff is friendly, but not very competent.

My daughter and I spent a wonderful Mothers Day weekend at the Eden Roc. The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and our stay was very relaxing. We are already making plan to go again next year. I highly recommend this hotel.

My experience was great. The only complaint is the cost for breakfast. I was schocked to see that a bowl of oatmeal cost $8 dollars. I feel that the eden Roc should adjust some of their food prices.

Atmosphere. No vending or ice machine on the floor, had to pay to rent beach chairs. Excellent!

Location. Bed sheets were dirty, had pubic hair all over the sheets. Didn't get any sleep, there were people running up and down the hall at 3 AM. Old hotel, toilet seats were old and stained. Found pubic hair in the bed sheets, got a new room. Very expensive for what we got. Heavy loud construction going on next door. The pool was dirty, had a lot Styrofoam floating on the surface. Construction workers next door were continually staring at the women in the pool. Football table was broken. My son stepped on a broken bottle on the beach in 3 feet of water. Brought the bottle to an attendant who didn't care. I do not recommend spending $199 a night for this hotel, especially on a weekend with party people running up and down the halls at 3 AM.

The best time ever!!! Hotel was amazing, very modern, clean and comfertable! The staff is very helpful...i loved every second of it!! The room was amazing!! Would strongly recommend it and would return to the hotel.

Beautiful premises, super friendly staff. Bar prices way too high. Beautiful Hotel, will stay there again, excellent service and super friendly and helpful staff, and that's all you need for a good stay at a hotel.

Drink prices and parking prices. I would not come back to this hotel. A beer was $10.00 when you include tax and tips, a mixed drink was almost $20.00. I ended up buying a cooler for $3.99 at Publix, a bag of ice for 99 cents and 24 cans of beer for $13.00. Parking is crazy, $30.00 for valet, I ended up parking at a meter, which don't charge after 6pm and walking a mile back to the hotel.

The hotel staff offered excellent service. The hotel was an excellent choice for our family to spend a nice weekend on the beach. The hotel staff was outstanding. We were very pleased with our stay.

The set up of the lobby and the valet service. Great front desk service checked in very late, was late for a dinner meeting, made it just in time due to the smooth and fast check in.

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel and had a great time. Our room was nice and spacious and had a great view. We had a ball swimming in the four heated pools on the premises and enjoyed eating at the hotels three restaurants. The only issue we had was that we had to call to get someone to clean our room. The manager apologized and gave us a free dinner. Overall we loved this hotel and would go back again.

The hotel had many nice things. The pools were plentiful, as well as the seating. The room was a standard room, but was a comfortable size for three adults. The bathroom was nice, it had two sinks, a seperate door for the toilet, and the shower had a head that come down directly from the ceiling. Ammenities were very nice, our only dissapointment was the service. The front desk was a bit aloof the three times we approached them, and the concierge was very hard to speak with, we had to get in line. The pool staff did an ""adequate"" job.

the lobby bar, the bar in the back by the beach service at the grill restaurant was there for breakfast once. liked everything there except the poor service at grill for breakfast.

Very nice staff, good food and excellent breakfast. ALL the construction next door (right now....) Fascinating deco hotel. Rooms complete, stylish and well decorated, with interesting features. Very nice deco lobby. Good location, large hot tub and even a BIG pool, with again good decorations. Excellent hotel for romance and friends. Easy parking next to the building (public). The atmosphere was very lovely; The hotel is in a great spot for business travelers but for leisure travelers it was not too far but we did have to travel to get to restaurants. But overall I had a lovely time there and I would return to that hotel if I was to come back to Miami.

The service was great and the beach too. They charge a lot for using the lounge chairs on the beach. The hotel was great, but you have to be ready to spend a lot of money if you want to use the amenities. $50 for one of the beds on the beach. $15 just to use a lounge chair. $15 more for an umbrella. I had expected that those were not extra when you stayed at a place like this.

Convenient, accessible to ocean and pools. They charged to use a beach chair at the beach as well as umbrellas. I think if you are a paying guest this is ridiculous.
