aside from not being able to connect to the wifi on the 14th floor, it was a great hotel. Great food, great staff, awesome location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ellis. The staff were extremely friendly. The only complaint that I have is that there wasn't any hair conditioner provided in the bathroom. I definitely recommend this hotel for a more personal expreience than one of the trendy chain hotels!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, clean comfortable room, wonderful staff. Front desk and bellman so helpful with ideas on what to do and see besides the usual places you go to see: Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, Turner Field. Staff pointed us in the direction of museums, places to eat, arranged transportation, etc. Delicious lunch at the hotel restaurant, again great wait staff. The location was ideal. Easy walk to attractions, MARTA station next door to get to and from the airport. Free internet access in the room and at a room location in case you don't have your own laptop. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know and stay again next time we are in Atlanta. Thank you Ellis Hotel for making our stay memorable.

The stay @ the Ellis Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel itself is cute but the front desk staff should learn to communicate better far as each shift is aware of special requests needed when checking in a guest. Other than that, I had a great stay n will stay again.

The hotle is beautiful. A few things didn't work like the coffee maker and the remote but it was taken care of promptly. Also we booked the romance package and did not get a free breakfast or the champagne and chocolates. Other than that the hotel is very clean and secure.

The hotel decor was very nice and contemporay. There were several security features which alleviated my fears of staying in the downtown area. There were several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
