Responsive staff. Requested crib and had it quickly. Elevators were slow at times. This was a good experience. I plan to stay here again the next time I am in Tampa.

Excellent breakfast buffet, very nice pool and hot tub. Additional parking fees not specified until check-in. Location of pool/hot tub did not provide much privacy. Overall this was an excellent hotel. The rooms and public facilities were extremely clean with upscale amenities. The free breakfast buffet was also excellent and offered a wide selection of meal options. Few drawbacks were the additional cost for parking and the location of the pool/hot tub in front of the hotel lobby entrance, which didn't offer much privacy.

The spacious rooms were wonderful! The food at the breakfast buffet was not very good either day we ate at it. It was huge and very clean. The breakfast buffet was not very good.

The hotel was perfectly located to reach area attractions-Busch Gardens, Airport, Stadiums, and about 20 minutes from the Beach resorts. Great breakfast [free] and they had a managers reception in the evening with free drinks and snacks. Great value for the money. Clean rooms and staff was friendly. Parking was $5 a night.

Great price, very clean, spacious room. Door to balcony off track problem for smoking friend, not me, bathtub/shower fixture in room strange but got it working properly, Awesome breakfast. Friendly and accomodating staff. Easy access to 275, walk to mall across from hotel & drive less than 5 minutes to another mall. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Recommendation to staff to mount flat screen TV to wall in bedroom between both beds currently on dresser for easy viewing for occupant(s) of 1st bed. There is a parking fee!!!

Stayed weekend of May 1st. Large, clean room. Bed was not comfortable.....needs better mattress. The bath room had no towel racks. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said that is the way management wanted it. Very strange to have no racks in a large bathroom for hanging anything (towels, bathing suit, etc.). Location is excellent. It is amazing the lack of traffic/airport noise. As always, the breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

A good choice at a reasonable rate. you get free shuttle service to and from the airport. Also included is a Manager's reception (Free booze and condiments). You also get a complimentary buffet breakfast. the hotel also has a swimming pool and hottub. Hotel located near 2 shopping malls, several and a variety of eateries and a $ cab ride from downtown. Rooms are comfortable.

Pretty friendly staff Did not meet 4 star standards Room had an unpleasant odor. Shower was a trickle at best. Furnishings were meager. Elevators were slow. Charged for parking when their guest handbook indicated no charge for parking.
