Had the opportunity to stay here for a few nights before leaving for the Keys with the family, taking a mini-vacation and flew directly to miami Airport. Very quiet stay. Check in was easy. The room was clean. the bedding was comfortable, they had just finished renovating the hotel, so new beds were a plus, and the smell of the room was nice. Breakfast was too good to be free. could have stayed longer.

Breakfast in Morning and Cocktail Party in Eve. Tried to charge me extra for a non smoking room. Bathrooms are a little run down, the hotel is in the renovation process.

good location, great breakfast, nice ambiance. Not as nice as other Embassy Suites, broken elevator and pool was out of service. This hotel was not as nice as other Embassy Hotels. Although they claim a shuttle comes every 10 or 20 minutes, we waited 1 hour. The furniture in the room looked cheap. This hotel is in need of renovation - just not what we expected out or an Embassy.

This is a wonderful hotel we've ever stayed. Staffs were friendly, room was clean, especially the breakfast was delightful. We didn't have the chance to use the fitness facility but I took a tour of it. It looked great to me. Suggestion to visitors is that go to have breakfast early, better before 8am. There was always a long line after 8:30. Comparing to what we paid for the stay, it was a true bargain. Overall, my family and I are very satisfy with this hotel.

Just about everything from the lobby to the room. No TV remotes. This place is of the world; I would come back and would even tell my family and friends.

The price, very roomy, complimentary breakfast buffet, quick room service Very spacious rooms, 2 tv's no fighting with kids on what to watch. the made to order breakfast in the mornings, and the complimentary drinks in the evenings.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a very nice upscale type hotel. It's part of Hilton, and I am a Hilton member, I travel a lot, but this time I was actually doing it for fun (vacation). There's a feeling of going on thec ruise before the cruise, see their pictures and you'll see what I mean. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was one of the most comfortable I had slept in. The food in the dining room was delicious. There was complementary bus/van service from the airport which we took advantage of. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Went for a family vacation. Room was really spacecious after 2 room changes. The other rooms didn't have a working fridge and was leaking that made the carpet stink and wet. The staff made it up to us and gave us a free gift cert for their restaurant downstairs. Close to the airport. breakfast is really good. You do need a vehicle to get around. All attractions are 20+ miles away. You do need to pay for parking which I think is nonsense since you're staying there.

Great Hotel and extremely clean. Has a very good complementary buffet type breakfast. The rooms are large, the beds no so much. Fitness room is brand new with very good equipment. The only down side is the pool, very small. Just a few minutes away from the airport and rental locations. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are suites with a separate vanity outside the bathroom. Service is great and place is smoke free and very clean. Lots of channels on tv, pleasant pool area and pretty much anything you want for breakfast included. The lobby and ponds in the atrium area are beautiful. Fresh lemon ice water available 24/7 and a wine-beer reception every evening to unwind. They will make a drink in a plastic cup to take to the pool. The restaurant was very good with Omaha steaks and good choices with patio dining available. We flew in from the West Coat though, and were ready for a meal and they were just closing at 11:00 and my tummy said 8:00.

Great if you want to be near the airport. The rooms are big and clean, and the atrium is a nice place to have breakfast (cooked to order and excellent) or hang out in the evening. The fitness center is nice and bigger than most hotel fitness centers. The pool looked nice but was closed both days that I was there for maintenance. The biggest downside is that you need a car to do anything else, as there is really nothing within walking distance.

Big, up to date. Smelled like mold. The hotel is old but recently renovated. The rooms are comfortable but the floor and furniture in the living room area smelled like mold, wet cloths. The breakfast was good and enjoyed the open bar.

Very easy access to and from airport. Hotel room itself was very dirty and rundown. Hotel is excellent access to airport with a free shuttle running about every 30 minutes. The hotel common areas are very nice and a full breakfast buffet was included in the price. We would recommend this hotel, for the price. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are rundown and the hotel staff is quite unfriendly.

Smelly room (cleaner); Non-responsive room service Staff were nice and efficient when I got their attention. Dining room was busy so no one answered room service phone! Eventually said they were too busy for awhile to bring anything to us! Also, cleaner in the room was really stinky and overpowering - yuck! But space was HUGE and if staying longer would be o.k. after airing out.

Nice surroundings Lost & found. Staff would not look for lost item in room, slow call return Nice hotel, impressive entrance and atrium. The staff has poor phone manners and is difficult to understand due to their accent. When calling the hotel for directions, the phone was not picked up for at least 20 rings and when it was, inaccurate directions were provided to the hotel. Lost & found is not helpful for return of a item left in the room.

It includes complete breakfast and cocktail hour. I was surprised when we had to pay for parking. We have stayed at Embassy Suites before and like them. This hotel like others allows one of us to go to bed early and the other read or watch TV in the living area.

Location- fun and different atmosphere. Smell in room - but got fixed so everything was okay. I enjoyed the restaurant a lot- try the chocolate volcano dessert! Everyone was friendly and it was close to airport. Nice pool also.

Very nice hotel. They charge you for everything, internet, parking etc. Its a good hotel, but I think the services like internet or parking should not be charge so high if charge at all, If I would of known they would charge extra for this services, I would not stayed there.

The hotel was very clean and was very nicely decorated The room temperature was very cool and not easily adjustable. This hotel was convienantly located within minutes from the airport. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful although they seemed to be a bit understaffed at times. overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Good location in relationship to airport. Very strong cleaning chemical smell in room, would burn eyes. Hotel was fairly nice, lobby areas were clean, help was pleasant, outside of facility was attractive and the cleaning chemical smell was unpleasant.
