8am housekeeping staff started knocking on the doors with their keys! We were not told about the complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails. Housekeeping staff began tapping on the doors with their keys at 8am both mornings we were at the hotel.

Quiet and very clean with an excellent decor. Check in Time in extremely late. Pool area very small for such a large Hotel. My wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites for one-night in order to attend a grand-opening Party (Devil's Annex) of a close friend located on the ASU campus. Out side of the extremely late check-in time and a very small pool. All was great and worth the price. Staff is very nice and friendly.

I visited with my sister and niece for the Rock & Roll Marathon (My niece was running). We had a suite with 2 beds and a hide a bed. I was relagated tothe hide-a-bed and it was even comfortable. However, the mattress was encased in plastic add to that the "foam/velour" blanket and you get a real sweat box. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent. All of the wait staff was friendly and helpful (even though English was not their first language). On the Sunday of the race housekeeping was late and the room was not cleaned when we arrived after the race (Around noon) My niece need to lay down and rest after the run so this was a slight inconvience. The spa (Hot tub) was very clean and pleasant, we used it every day.

We would stay here again and reccommend it to others.

We stayed here over the summer -- it is an Embassy that was renovated from another suites hotel, so it's decor is different from most. The pool area in in the inner courtyard and is pretty and secluded -- I barely wanted to leave!

Stayed over an extended weekend and found absolutely no problems with this hotel. Quiet dark rooms, readily accessible parking and good in room dining. Above all was the level of service shown by the staff...far above average.

Cook to order breakfast was very nice. Charging for Internet and it didn't work well. Until they get the Internet connection fixed and eliminate the separate charge for it, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any business traveler.
