A very nice and well appointed hotel. Located not very far from the Recoleta area and Puerto Madera - so it is very easy to get places via taxi. Indoor pool is nice, with small gym. Breakfast buffet is nice, and staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended for anyone traveling and looking for a nice place to stay. Not particularly close to anything special (walking distance that is).

Of the three hotels we stayed at in the Recoleta area, this one was indeed in our favorite. The room was generously sized with a goregous view of the hotel's garden; bathrooms are also large and beautifully detailed. One of the few hotels that had a regular shower curtain in it! The staff was very friendly and helpful and did their utmost to accommodate our needs (i.e. were more than willing to arrange taxis and transfers for us). I Also, the majority of the front desk/concierge staff was fluent in English. It was also in an excellent location, close to Puerto Madera, Florida Avenue, and Palermo. The hotel's pool and gym are also very nice, though from online the pool appears to have a view of outdoors (it does not, it is indoors with a painted mural at one end). The indoor garden makes for glorious photographs and dining. The hotel's interior is also beautifully decorated and inviting. Equally as excellent is the hotel's restaurant, Maximus, which offered incredible food for dinner. The waitstaff was amazing and really served us well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to the area for business or pleasure. Not sure how child friendly it is there (did not see to many children), but will suit any adult traveler.
