It was just perfect. No complaints except I wish they explained about the red card and its points well in advance. I had about $100 worth of value on my card and I did not even know about it. When I came to know it was too late and $75 coupon on my orbitz. Wish the communication was better

The staff was also helpful with a smile. The room/hotel was immaculate. Anything you need is right at your fingertips, that's right, even shutting the blinds with the push of a button). The food, the atmosphere and overall experience is fit for royality without actually having to be royality. The only con is there was no coffee maker in the room, it is availble through room service (for a nominal fee, of course).

The internet connection was $13.99 a day per computer. The fitness center was $40 per day. The windows on the outside was so dirty, we had a hard time seeing through it.

stayed 4 nights and never went back to my room alone, I met several married women who were all alone while the hubbies played golf and they showed me the time of my life. I dont think I can ever be satisfied by any women under 50. My room was magnificent and the view was great, room service was A+,and slots were loose. Thanks Amanda, Shelly and Charmaine. I plan on coming back in October.

The Encore was absolutely the most amazing hotel I ever stayed at. The service was very friendly from the moment at check-in. The hotel room was very clean, and had features like, floor to ceiling windows, remote control lights, curtains, and huge TV in room, and TV in bathroom. The casino in the Encore was very big and had all of my favorite games. Also, while staying at Encore, you could use the Wynn pool, which was a plus! I would never stay anywhere else in Vegas.

This hotel was great! Everything from the view, to the late night eating spots, bar(s) and the gaming area. The room was terrific and I enjoyed that the drapes were automatic and the bathroom was huge! My only gripe was that I presented a debit card (although my vacation was already paid for) and they put a $ hold on the card (depending on the nights you stay). When I returned home, I called and they stated it was just for room incidentals and the next day, it was credited back to my account. No worries because this trip was for my birthday and I got engaged!

The hotel is more northern the most of the other large casinos/hotel but at an okay location as the taxi rides to the other hotels were around . Our check in process was a breeze; we arrived earlier then check in but they took our luggage and called us about an hour later saying our room was ready. We received a high level floor but I wouldn't recommend paying for this as there is no view of the Strip as Wynn is blocking most of it. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. Club XS had music playing and was able to hear up til closing; being as high up as were I wouldn't want to experence anything closer to ground level. The TV was nice but difficult to work as it kept turning it self on. Typical overpriced for the amenities, $8 for water and $5.50 for a soda pop. We used out Resort Credit for the buffet which was great but I wouldn't rate it as the best in Las Vegas. Blush had more of an older crowd and was packed. The entry fee was and not worth it. Overall the hotel was above anything I expected and we will be planning another trip to Encore or Wynn.

The encore the best Vegas experience I have ever had, this was my twentieth trip to vegas. The encore has everything you need, no need to even leave the resort. All the facilities were top notch, perfectly clean all the staff was very friendly. There was only one glitch to the whole trip they had a problem with the hot water it was out for approximately 6 hours, which was hardly an inconvience, and they comped everyone in the hotel $50, which was very nice. the red themed decor is breathtaking. The ease of charging meals and drinks to the room was convient and easily tracked on the TV in the room. Steve Wynn definitely has a winner here

This was a complete 5 star hotel. Excellent staff, excellent facilities, favorable payout on slots, casino staff were friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. I will stay here or it's companion the Wynn next time I go to vegas.

The only issue we ran into was that we arrived at 11am, but the rooms were not ready until 3pm. Also, they didn't have rooms with 2 queen beds available until later. The pool was also closed for 3 of the days due to window repairs!

The decor is very modern--when we first checked in I was kind of taken aback by how RED the decor was, but it grew on me. Our room was very nice, comfortable and large. Unfortunately, no coffee maker or HBO, so in that regard it was kind of disappointing. I mean, there are two star hotels with that stuff! Absolutely nothing comes for free. Not even a newspaper under the door....Staff were very polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool immensely, with the music and drinks and everything-- note that at least one section is "European-style" (i.e., topless allowed). The pool is quite a scene, really, and if you are single I'm sure it is really fabulous. We ate at SW Steakhouse our first night there and our food was mediocre at best. The food was salty and way overpriced, and even though we were fully ready to pay a pretty penny for a nice meal, we just didn't get one. However, our service there was very good, to the staff's credit.

New hotel...but so far North on the Strip that is lonely. Staff is VERY rude, rooms are average (Pallazzo is MUCH nicer). Casio is small....would not recommend, If your looking for something like this..go to Pallazzo, The signature or THE Hotel.

From the time we pulled up to the first valet till the time we checked out first class service! Our suite was on the top floor overlooking the boulevard , what a view. Absolutely amazing accomodations everything was beautiful and there was always someone there if ever we needed anything. What really impressed me was all the employees were friendly and happy to be there, it really showed. We ate at the buffet twice for breakfast and 3 different restaurants on the property for dinner at night, we didn't want to leave the property one better than the next. Hard to leave can't wait to go back. Very spoiled
