The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were eager to ensure I had an excellent experience. I was extremely pleased with my stay. I arrived early in the morning and was unable to immediately check into my room, but sensing my fatigue, the hotel staff made their best efforts to get a room as soon as it was available. When I entered my room I was blown a way by its spaciousness and modern decor. Everything was very clean and well presented. I would definitely stay again.

I liked the modern look and amenities in the room. The continental breakfast was not all that great. There was some coffee, pastries and little else. There was no juice or bagels served which disappointed me. The staff at Exchange Hotel was helpful but could have been a bit more friendly.

Clean interiors, good service, high class facilities, decent locality andhappy experience. Not much variety in complimentary breakfast. The hotel can add such items like cereals, eggs for vegetarians. Overall, the hotel was a good experience. They had a big spacious room, nice, cool looking interiors, flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The location of the hotel was very good. It was right next to Wall Street. Accessibility was good. Customer service was very good so was room service. All our requests were tended to without delay. I would definitely recommend to all my friends. The only downside was complimentary breakfast. They didn't have much variety. We were expecting them to have cereals, eggs etc. My mom was diabetic so she could not taste the cookies and pastries. We ended up not having much breakfast at the hotel. Overall, I would rate 9/10

Manager of hotel helpful as he came immediately to check on hot water. Platform beds. This is great for a business traveler as it is near the business area.

Small, sophisticated environment, friendly, very helpful staff. A little too far from the subway, but you can't have everything. Almost perfect for the occasions like I said it was a little to fair from the subway for me. Only because it was so cold otherwise, no complaints. The staff of the hotel was great!

Excellant hotel. Great location. Quiet at the weekends. Perfect for exploring NYC!!!Great location, nr Wall Street and the water (South Port Ferry). Two minutes walk to ferry for Liberty island and Staten Island. Two minutes to bus stop for City Sights NY open top bus (a must for seeing NYC). We were upgraded on arrival (it was my friend's birthday) and stayed in a massive room with two double beds, big plasm screen, leather couches and a desk. Bathroom = slightly disappointing compared to quality of room (5*), although bathroom was clean and well proportioned. Be careful using calling cards from hotel. Consult hotel first as i was charged, despite following instructions on calling card.Staff friendly and helpful. All in all, a perfect and great value choice to see NYC.Wished we could have stayed longer.Thank you Eurostar!!!

Clean, nicely decorated rooms with friendly staff. Location is not optimal for sightseeing, but is a definite plus if doing business in Wall Street. The suite had a full kitchen, separate sitting room area and a spacious master bedroom. Both the sitting room and the master bedroom had a flat-panel TV. Convenient to the subway and Wall Street but might be too much work if sightseeing.

The rate was excellent. It is not centrally located. We have stayed at The Exchange before. The lobby was being renovated the last time. It's an improvement. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The carpets are weird and should be replaced.

Great location for statue of liberty, brooklyn bridge, wall street stock exchange, Trump building etc. Subway nearby to other locations. Staff were very amenable, although sometimes slighty slow in responding, usually because not many on duty at times. Safe area, and lots to see nearby for a few days. Overall a nice hotel and very accomodating and polite staff!:)

Tastefully decorated room. I was very happy with my stay. The room was more than adequate in size with a large closet. The interior decoration was very nicely done. I'd definitely stay here again.

Modern and Chic. Located close enough to enjoy the city. A/C and temperature control. Shower head and faucet shady. Overall, I'm tremendously pleased with the Exchange hotel. The staff was courtesy and the room was exceptional. I stayed in the suite and it had everything someone would want or need. However, the lack of temperature control had the room feeling like a sauna. It made for poor sleeping. If they get this fixed then this would beat out anyhotel.

The staff gave us a beautiful room. The carpets in the room were kind of weird. The hotel is located in the financial district in downtown Manhattan. Due to construction, the closest subway stations were closed, but it was easy to get around. The staff was very helpful. We got in at around 2:00 am on Saturday morning without having eaten dinner, and they were able to recommend a restaurant with good food and great prices that delivered right to our room. The room was lovely - we had skylights, since we were on the top floor. Short walk to the East River and South Street Seaport. Very quiet on the weekend.

Convenient location, very nice design. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful; free wireless internet, bag check, room was really large. The bathtub was not perfectly clean, but otherwise all was perfect. Hotel stay was excellent. Location is great - next to the subway station and everything else in Manhattan. The staff was very friendly and helpful; hotel room was very pretty and stylish, and very big for NYC; had a nice view, too. Free wireless internet was very convenient; there's also a free computer to use in the lobby if you did not bring your laptop. The only negative I can think of is that the bathtub had some residue on it, but that can happen to (almost) anyone. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel had a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. Out of the way unless you want to be near Wall Street. This is a wonderful hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, microwaves, mini fridges, but it's a bit out of the way. I would only stay in this area again if I needed to be near Wall Street.

King bed was very nice, the foam was very comfortable. Location wasnice. Cost was high. Great location. Comfortable room, mine this time around was a bit small considering I have stayed twice in the past on business/vacation. The employees were kind and courteous as always.
