Good location for staying in bath - walking distance from the centre. VERY DISAPPOINTED with our stay though!!! On arrival we had to wait for over an hour for a room at 7pm at night as they gave our room away! We were then put in a smoking room which was gross and having asthma not a good start! Minimal compensation was given for this! Otherwise hotel was fine.

Really easy to walk to central Bath - much less than the mile they say it is. The only thing that lets them down is the breakfast service complete chaos - no cups etc etc.

Very clean, stylish room. About a 20 minute brisk walk from the Roman Baths. Near big grocery stores. Excellent free breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel in a family room. The room was nice - all I would expect from this type of hotel. Easy to walk to the centre of Bath. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. The 'dining' area was far to small for the number of people in the hotel, the self service area was very small and had run out of cups, glasses, plates and cutlery (ie everything!) had to make own toast with only 2 toasters available for all guests. It may be better at other times, but between 8:30 and 9:30 it was very poor!
