Hotel amenities include fitness room, swimming pool, and complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel also offers valet laundry service, free parking, and complimentary airport shuttle. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They did not have an iron and ironing board in the room. This hotel was average. It did have a refrigerator and small cooking center. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When the staff brought the iron and board by, it was broken.

Hotel was semi-clean we found a lighter on the side of the bed. Carpet was in need of a cleaning. Lock was not exactly what I would call secure and the neighborhood could be either/or. No continental breakfast - close to Target though so you could pick up something. Room needs updates. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. He helped with directions and helping me with a load of clothes that needed drying and their dryer wasn't working!! Non-smoking hotel (or so I thought) but you could smell it everywhere. The biggest benefit? Short drive to the airport.

Easy to get to. Poor AC,not that clean, not that comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The room just did not feel clean to me. The AC unit had to be on high for hours to get the air past the kitchenette, the filter unit of the AC looked dirty. There was no sample bottle of shampoo although there was soap. Everything else was provided. I just didn't feel it was clean.

The room has a kitchen and a small working area. Lot of space compare to regular hotel room. They do not come clean the room everyday. Staff is not very helpful. The hotel is located about 10 min from the airport. I love how much space I had. Parking, shopping, dining was easy. I do not know why, maybe because this is an extended stay hotel, they do not come and clean the room everyday. Other than that, things were ok.

The pool was ok. Room smelled, floors looked filthy. The room was dirty, smelled bad, floors dirty. I had to leave the room at 5:15 am no one there to check me out, no one answered the phone.

Proximity to airport. General shabbiness. Room was musty. Linens and blankets seemed dirty. No wake up call available. Limited availability of airport shuttle required us to pay for two taxis.

It was close to the airport and the staff was extremely friendly - it had a spectacular view as well! There were long black hairs all over the bathroom, and the staff did not provide shampoo/soap/conditioner Overall, it was a great stay. I was thrilled with the price and location and the staff was one of the most helpful and polite I had ever experienced. The only complaint I have is that we were not provided with shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom.

I checked in and discovered the world's most uncomfortable bed, no shampoo in the bathroom and not dish soap in the kitchen. During my stay my TV would not turn off, after a call to the front desk and a promise to fix it. I discover it hadn't been address later that evening. My overall experience was not good and I will not be back. The location was good, the price was okay but I prefer a comfortable bed and a TV that works.

We were suppose to have a no smoking room. The room we had was marked a no smoking, However, the room reaked of smoke. So bad our clothes and personal belongings smelled of smoke days after our return to home.

Staff, Quality, Value and the location that is walking distance to stores, movies, banking without the need of a car. If you are looking for a quality place to come with friendly staff a great value for the money with everything you need within walking distance in a nice area this is the place. I came to get away from the cold relax and have extended my time here from a week to over a month because it has been so nice.

The staff was completely friendly. The phones were poor in quality. The staff was very friendly and does their best to fix situations that made people unhappy. The rooms were very clean and they supply useful appliances in the kitchen area. The only thing I would recommend would be more movie channels and less world news because it ends up being repeated on half the channels. Other than that I was completely satisfied!

Nothing. Stains everywhere, no sheets for the pull out bed. Very disappointed with the hotel. 2 star rating is very over-rated. Stains all over the carpet and mattress. No shampoo or soap, no linens for the pull out sleeper, waste of money.

The staff we met was very friendly and helpful. Room needs upgrading - very worn and needing maintenance. TV wires stripped and not working, smoke alarm hanging and disconnected, mattress stained and sagging, fee for internet; maintenance needed. However, room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night. Not likely to stay again.

Location. Key didn't work. Staff not helpful. Room never cleaned. Because of the way that it is set up there are no housekeeping services. I was not aware of this. To get a new towel or washcloth, you have to bring your dirty one to the front desk and trade it in. That was disgusting. I will not be staying there again.
