We stayed at Extended Stay America on E. Elwood St. but we had problems. Our phone in the room did not work. We have 6 children (5 at home) and could not call! We actually would like to have complimentary 2 night stay for the problems we had with our room, i.e. no working phone for the full day we were there.

It is an Extended Stay facility, so for one-nighters like us some small amenities are missing, e.g. shampoo, which the hotel expects the guests to arrange themselves. (The hotel staff will provide it on the first day by request.) Unfortunately, the closest supermarket is far away... Also, the TV set was the smallest I've seen in a long time. Other than that, no complaints: clean, spacious room in a quiet neighborhood.

This is an excellent hotel for the moeny. It has good access to most anywhere in and around Phoenix. Even though it is advertised as an Airport hotel, it is away from the airport and very quiet. The room and kitchen areas were very clean and stocked with enough utensils for two people. The bed is firm, but I like it that way. I slept very well. The TV was a little smaller than some hotels but not a problem to see. There wasn't any pool, but I never use them anyway. There was a small Waffle House resturant next door, but otherwise the closest resturant is 2-3 miles down the road. Overall, this was my first time staying in a Extended Stay Hotel and I will probably try another one next time I travel on business.

Close to the airport, close to the highway, close Tempe Phoenix and Scottsdale. There is only one elevator and is not very fast. Great place to stay, rooms have a full kitchen, and there is a laundry room. There is a business center nearby.

There was nothing I liked. The beds where hard, no maid service, no extra pillows. We got two rooms thinking there where two beds per room, I put in we had 6 people traveling and we got 2 rooms with one bed in each. Half of our group had to sleep on the floor. I was very disappointed.

Close to airport. Beds are uncomfortable. We had noisy family next door and reported it to the front desk personel and she said there was nothing she could do about it. We had to take it in our own hands and tell them to calm the kids down.
