Good value for the price. Daytime staff not anxious to help with wireless connection on my lap top. Just gave me a toll-free number. In night clerk tried to help me, and I found my room and amenities much to my liking.

The price was incredible. I've stayed at extended stays before and they always are very family friendly. It was perfect for my budget, safe and although located next to a shopping center, it was fairly quiet.

Kitchen in all rooms. No pool, especially being in Phoenix. Good location. Friendly staff. Down side was, no continental breakfast, no pool or spa. But I would stay there if it was a business trip.
