Location/kitchen. $5 plus for less than 24 hours of internet at a two star hotel. All was fine except the RIDICULUS internet charge and the check out. I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door so at 10:30 the clerk called me to tell me check-out was at 11. I was not pleased with this practice. I have a master's degree. I think I can discern the 10 from the 11 on the clock. And when I did check out no one could find the clerk. She then asked what I wanted with a clipped "yes ma'am" when the maintenance man went to find her.

Location good. Beds way to hard and uncomfortable. I had great difficulty in finding this hotel because of their map location marking. When I brought up the map there was a bright red marker in the map in the middle of the map appearing to be my location. Afterwards I was to discover this hotel was at the bottom of the map almost out of view in blue gray color. This confusion cost me hours of time wandering around and I almost missed a master level piano recital. After the recital I finally was able to discern the location and check in. At that time they "said" no non smoking rooms were available. I do not want to stay at this hotel again.

Good value for money, close to restaurants and stores Some long-term guests seem like pretty shady characters. Great location - convenient to Bryant Irvin Rd and IH-820; next door to a Sonic burger stand, a barbecue joint, and a short drive to many dining options.

It was quiet. Leaking bathroom sink. The hotel is located conveniently near several restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. It's in an upscale part of suburban Ft. Worth. Traffic on adjacent major streets is not congested, and it's only 5 minutes south of the nearest interstate. The $53 + tax per night price I got the room for was a good value. The accommodations are not fancy but are solidly adequate.
