Comfortable. No housekeeping, no soap for bathroom. This is a no frills motel. There is no housekeeping and no soap/shampoo in the bathroom.

Nothing. Given keys to wrong room. Staff was rude! NA. The hotel is terrible. We were given keys to the hotel room into which some1 was checked in and felt unsafe through the rest of our stay there, thinking that they would give our room's key to someone else. Staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the mix up.

Great location. Mattresses were rather stiff. Great location between River Street and the Oglethorpe Mall. Hotel staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and well furnished.

Never again. Too old. It's a clean space, but not close to the place I'm going to, and not a suitable place for young couple, next time I will choose somewhere else.

The location was nice. It had no pool or exercise room. I feel that all hotels needs pools and exercise room. Maybe a dining area for breakfast.

The front desk person was very helpful. Very close to the Chatham County soccer fields as our team played in the Savannah Senior Cup soccer tournament.

Good location, had refrig and microwave. Stained carpets in hall and room, no maid service for 2 night stay, TV broken, no coat hangers, one lumpy pillow per person. see above. We had stayed in the Fairfield Marriott last business trip (also a 2 star hotel obtained through Priceline) and it was much, much nicer. This felt like a one star at best.

The hotel staff were prompt and fast, checking in and out was easy. Upon checking in I got a room that had not been house cleaned, but I got a new room without a problem. Location was convenient and not far from downtown, it's a straight shot down the street. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, you get more than your money's worth here.

Good price if you don't mind the dirt. The room had a odd smell. They are not cleaned unless your stay is longer than 7 days (not even fresh towels/linens). Would not stay here again.

The room was in poor condition and apparently had not been cleaned in a long time. The top of the refrigerator had a layer of dust and the floor in the kitchenette was sticky from some unknown substance. This was not a pleasant place to stay.
