Inside, the hotel was more than I expected. Great experience. Parking lot was to dark! Need more lights. The police have been telling the owner of the hotel for years to install more lights in the parking lot. This event took up to 4 hours of my time plus I missed my flight! The cops were very nice and helpful in which I wrote the Mayor of Miami, however, the Hotel Manager was rude. Once I finally got a hold of her. She did not apologize or offer any help/assistance. I do want to state that the person on duty that night was very helpful, she helped with contacting the police and let me use a broom and paper towel to clean up the glass from my SUV and surrounding area.

The clean room and location of the hotel. The front desk staff was lousy! Clean, spacious room. Hotel conveniently located next to Palmetto Expressway and close to restaurants/shopping centers in Doral. Great place for leisure or business.

Close to where I needed to be. In a crowded parking lot with little green space. Decent hotel for the price. The people were very friendly and helpful. I was charged twice for the room but had that fixed without problem.

I wouldn't call this place a hotel cause it's not Me and My sister notice that the place was also renting rooms buy the month and we did not feel that safe because the three nights that we stayed there we were aproched by men ,First night we were offered sunglasses at 11pm at night ,second night we were offered to go out with them and our last night there this really creepy drunk guy on the elevator that kept complimanting us and the elevator broke down so we had to switch other than that the room was ok you had your kichenett an bathroom also was ok but i wouldn't stay there for a week .Have a nice trip
