The three-diamond Extended Stay Deluxe Phoenix Biltmore is approximately six miles to downtown Phoenix, Biltmore Fashion Park, Bank One Ballpark, and golf courses. Casino Arizona and Phoenix International Raceway are 25 miles, Desert Botanical Gardens is 15 miles, and historical downtown Scottsdale is eight miles from the hotel. Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately eight miles away. Hotel amenities include an exercise room, outdoor pool and whirlpool spa, and a courtyard patio with barbecue grill. Every morning guests can enjoy a complimentary coffee bar. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, same-day dry cleaning, and 24-hour guest service. This all-suites hotel features spacious accommodations with a kitchen and living area. Suite amenities include a sofa sleeper, cable TV, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, range, hairdryer and iron. Additionally, each suite features complete office amenities including two phone lines, personal voicemail, speakerphone and high-speed internet access. Non-smoking and handicap-accessible suites are available on request. The hotel will accept up to two household pets per suite, only one of which may be a dog weighing no more than 75 lbs. There is a minimum USD 100 cleaning fee charged upon arrival plus a USD 5 per night per pet daily charge. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

It was a great deal. Noisy guests during the night. Great deal. The staff was helpful. I liked the fact that there was not maid service daily -- not necessary and saved money. Carpets in the hallways were dingy and the hotel room had an odd smell requiring me to open the window. Overall experience was fine.

I was not pleased with this hotel at all. I had an infant with me and assumed they would have a pack and play or small crib. There was neither. When I entered my room it was about 90 degrees and smelled terrible of smoke. I guess I assumed they would have asked my preference of smoking or non-smoking. The bed was uncomfortable and the kitchenette seemed very outdated. The man at the front desk was VERY polite. It 2 in the morning my time and he was trying to be very helpful in getting things taken care of. I would not stay here again, though.

It was close to the freeway. The location of this hotel was terrible, labeled as downtown but not even close. This hotel also double-charged my credit card, which took many phone calls to correct.

It met all my expectations and more. There was nothing to dislike. I was very pleased with the Baltimore The hotel room was very nice. The staff was very pleasing (3 dealings with various staff members). This was 4 miles from my main location spot and so is the Hyatt. I stayed at the Hyatt my last trip and prefer the Baltimore The reasons being, the Hyatt's staff at times was rude, It was no cleaner than the Baltimore's in fact the Baltimore was cleaner. The Baltimore is what I need in a hotel stay.

The spa was well maintained. The decor was harmless and Spartan. This is a bare bones hotel with a nice Jacuzzi and friendly staff. Harmless decor without attention to detail.

It was an average hotel. It had a small kitchenette a bed and small couch. I banged my wife hard and no one complained about the noise. Shes a screamer. Great blackout curtains.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, plain bagles, apples, oranges, and coffee. Breakfast was not offered on the weekend. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Nice little diner located across the street to eat at! Hotel was clean and conveniently located to freeways.

The staff was awsome always on top of everything. They treid to help you as much as possible. They dont do housekeeping everyday, however I stay in hotels for weeks at a time the privacy they give you is great. I dont change my sheets everyday at home anyways, I'm not a dirty person at all, so the housekeeping everyday isnt bad at all. There grab and go breakfast could use some work but it is nice if your in a hurry and dont have time to sit around.

Kitchenette. They didn't have daily housekeeping. Overall I was very pleased. The fact that they don't have daily housekeeping was minor for me.

Coffee maker in room. There was a bad over smelled of dirty feet in my room. Location was good for my needs in Phoenix, If you need a room with two beds this hotel will charge you extra.
