Extended Stay Deluxe Durham-Research Triangle Park is designed especially for longer stays with large studios featuring fully-equipped kitchens and plenty of work space. Hotel amenities include the onsite fitness center, swimming Pool, and free gourmet coffee every Monday through Friday. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Office hours are 7am to 11pm, seven days a week. The front desk can assist you with mail delivery and fax and copy service. One pet is allowed in each guest room. A 25 per day non-refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 150) will be charged the first night of your stay. All units have separate sleeping and living areas, personalized voicemail, free local calls, wireless high-speed Internet access (fees apply), irons and ironing boards, workspaces with computer dataports, and kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, dining and cooking utensils, and stovetops.
