Clean, friendly, accommodating, cent. Location. Pool heater was out of service. Overall, a great deal.

Room was a little small, but clean and livable. Beds were not at all comfortable, no one slept well. Had to make 3 phone calls and wait 40 minutes to be picked up by shuttle at the airport. Booked shuttle to port months in advance and they did not have a spot for us. Only gave us shuttle when I argued. Overall worked out okay, but not without some frustration.

The experience from lack of shuttle bus service to lack of customer service at the front desk left me with a poor view of the hotel. The in-room wireless internet service was very low in reception. breakfast variety was good.

Shuttle services to/fro airport and pier - excellent prices. Service and Breakfast were great, I am impressed. Slightly cramped room, ok for overnight.

Booked this on the internet loved the looks of the place, Clean and freindly stayed a day ahead of a cruise they offer a great rate to the port of miami 15.00 dollars covered all 3 of us THAT IS CHEAP. Had a awesome breakfast the next morning

I got into another Fairfield Inn shuttle bus at the airport after over one hour 20 minutes of waiting for the Fairfield Doral Bus. Breakfast was fine, the exercise room had good equipment in it, and the internet facilites were indeed available. For the price, it is okay, but I would stay at another hotel whose shuttle bus service did not keep you waiting...even the front desk staff did not have an explanation once I arrived.

Free deluxe continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Nothing. Hotel was excellent. Hotel was very clean and easily accessible. Staff was very friendly breakfast. Free breakfast was delicious. Room had refrigerator, microwave, large TV, and divided bathroom/sink.

Lots of amenities. Slow shuttle service from airport. Overall, I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. Quite comfortable and little extras that make a huge difference. Free business center with internet, cookies in lobby, fridge and microwave, free shuttle service, etc.

Spacious room, good facilities, friendly staff. At checkout the staff needs to review the info more carefully. My whole experience was very good. The room, the staff, everything was good. The only problem I had was with my billing. Also, at checkout I was presented for a bill with over $170 worth of phone calls which were not mine. If I didn't scrutinize my bill carefully, I would have been overcharged by over $400.00.

Nothing. The staff, and the attitude of assistance. When I arrived with my family, our rooms were not available, and we were asked to go to a sister hotel down the street. When we arrived there, we were given keys to one room which was already occupied by someone else, and one room which was filthy and there was human waste in the bed, and in the bathroom. I am sure that we could have been given rooms at the sister Marriott which was next door to the Fairfield Inn. The morning manager on duty at the sister hotel did not know how to hear my complaint, and did not seem to care. I saw some customers who had booked rooms there, who received worst treatment than me and my family. I am very disappointed with both hotel staffs.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was difficult to find. Outside entrance and circuitous route from elevator was inconvenient. Hotel was adequate and met our needs.

Gated area, friendliness of the staff and great breakfast. There was some trash behind the TV. There are more positive than negative aspects. I will definitively recommend it.

The Guard at the gate was very nice. It felt safe and if was very quiet. Some of the staff seemed to have attitudes and not so friendly.

Clean and affordable. Low quality bedding. The hotel met my expectations based on the star and was clean. I also appreciated the gated parking lot with guard.
