On the day of arrival, I called to see if I could check-in early. I was told that my reservation was canceled, do to lack of payment from Orbitz. I requested Orbitz phone number to better understand the error, I was told that they did not have a phone number for me. I asked if they would not mind looking it up for me, since I did not have access to the phone number. Reluctantly, I received the phone number. Orbitz staff looked into the situation & I was able to check into the hotel. The hotel was in a great location & the rooms are very clean. Once I was at the hotel, staff was friendly & welcoming.

This is a nice hotel with comfortable beds and a very polite staff at a great location if you are visiting NY for the first time. Some other areas may be more elegant, trendy or whatever, but this one gives you easy access to New York's tourist central: Times Square. We found it very practical.
