bathroom sink in rm 105 was slow, needs repair We enjoyed our stay...but noticed when we parked the car next to us had it's sliding door open (that was about 9:30 pm) We informed the lady at the desk and she said she would try to find out who the auto belonged to or at least send someone out to close it. The next am my husband happened to find out the door had remained open all night. According to the person who had rented the car nothing had been stolen. If we had known no one was going to close the door we would have.

Very close to mall. Hotel is a little bit of a challenge getting to from i-55. Overall good value, room had microwave,fridge, & fold out sofa. TV reception could have been better. We would stay again

Since going ALL non-smaking, the lobby, elevator and halls are much better. We stay here often and it's great!

I loved the front desk staff, they were so friendly!! And the rooms were nice too, and moderately priced.

The hotel lobby accommodations were very customer oriented ie, computer access at no charge to check email and print boarding passes, etc. The hot tub was unavailable.
