Friendly staff. No closet in the rooms.

Convenient location. Room was the size of a broom closet. Front desk clerk busy, not very friendly. We were put in a room the size of a broom closet, with no work desk, and the only place to sit (besides the bed) was smashed up against the wall, and actually touching the one side of the bed!). Shower worked fine, continental breakfast was OK. Room was just SO small that it was very uncomfortable.

Nice room, bedding was comfortable. TV was small. Nice upscale hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Easy check-in, check-out.

Attention to detail as well as incredible support staff. Impeccable cleanliness. The Spa and masseuse did not exist.

It was clean and new. They gave us only one king bed, though we were 3 people. The phone also rang at 12 and 2 a.m.! We were very disappointed that we didn't have two separate beds for me and two children. I got virtually no sleep having to be in the same bed with them. When I asked for a change to another room when we checked in, they said they didn't have any others.

Easy to find location, close to restaurants and I-75, another Marriott directly across parking lot with better amenities. The night staff not well trained and pushy (although friendly), not great amenities. The hotel seemed nice. It wasn't what I would've expected from a Marriot, but it was good for a 2 star place. It was very easy to find, right off I-75 and right by downtown Brandon and all of the restaurants.
