Staff's response to a big late night problem was exceptional. Under warranty lock on room door broke barring access. This is a less-than-a-year new Fairfield. Computers in lobby with printer for maps a big plus. Staff was very friendly. Other than the door breaking and breakfast, every thing else was like other Fairfields. Breakfast needs pre-made oatmeal. Packaged hard boiled eggs were hard to digest. Small dining room was poorly planned for resort area. It was overwhelmed by big vacation families. Tap water in this area is still part ocean water.

The maid service was very good. The room always seemed clean. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel.

Very nice, new hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, very nice pool and excercise facility, very comfortable beds.
