Stayed at this hotel and they overcharge and the place is dirty. The staff is unfriendly.

Our main reason for choosing this hotel was for its close proximity to the museums, zoo, and restaurants, and we were really pleased with how easy it was to get from place to place. The room was very basic and small, and the staff was unable to accommodate our request to be moved to an upstairs room because they were full. Unfortunately, the high occupancy also affected the supply of food, plates, napkins, etc at breakfast as well, and the staff did not keep up with restocking it. We would not choose to stay there again.
