The staff was very accomodating. It is a very clean place but furnishings a little dated and worn. The mirrors ON THE CEILING AND WALLS and in room jacuzzi were a hit with my boyfriend! I would recomend shopping in carson city for food and stuff because everything is over priced in this town even Mcdonalds is $15.00 for breakfast for 2 people. if u can afford the themed rooms I recomend them for sure. Roman room was the nicest by far. we also were in the penthouse for a couple of nights had a very big tub...very nice. overall I would stay here again with a romantic interest of course!

The staff are very rude and sarcastic. The owner is aloof. They will even laugh in your face when you have a complaint. The website makes the rooms look bigger than they are. Remodeling needs to be done.

When we checked out of the hotel, we didn't have to pay anything additonal since we paid for our reservation online, the person at the desk told us we were all taken care of. It has been a month since our stay, and we have a charge of our credit card from the fantasy inn for $. When we called to see what this unauthorized charge was for, there have been no clear answers. The owner/book keeper are not available and they will not return our calls. The person at the desk said that the only time he has heard of a charge like that is when you smoke in a non-smoking room. I can't believe it, we are non-smokers, and actually have never smoked in our lives. He continued to say that the house keeper will write it up if she thinks the room smells of smoke, and then we would be charged $. Now we are having to despute this with our credit card company. It's a scam, I know the ecomomy is tough right now, but this is a total joke!!!! Don't ever stay at this hotel.

This was a waste of money, even at the 50% off midweek price. I would have rather spent my money at different hotel. The rooms are very small for what they call a large theme room. The bedding was very well used""old"". And worst of all, when we went to turn on the in room spa, the pipes were full of mold and it ruined the whole experience. So no matter how many mirrors the room had in it, it wasn't worth it. Stay at one of the casinos, you'll be much happier.
