The hotel was nice. On the small side, but from reading other reviews that is standard. The people at the front desk were able to speak some English and answered any questions we had. We left our luggage after check out to spend a few more hours sightseeing before leaving. It was close to a few Metro stops and shops. We did not eat at the hotel, but chose to eat breakfast at nearby cafes.

The hotel is located centrally and that was about the only good thing. The room airconditioning was not working, after complaining they did offer to change but the room being offered was half the size. Small rooms but clean. Very expensive for what you get.

we didn't eat in the hotel, so we cannot comment on the food, however the rooms were small (typicall Paris Hotel) but it was very clean!! the staff were nice and believe it or not some people do speak english in Paris. the location was brilliant! close to major station (trains and bus) . we will not recommend the hotel to couples with kids, the hotel has nothing to offer beside clean rooms and friendly english speaking staff, the location for site viewers is great. we will recommend the hotel for young / old couples without kids that wants to see Paris.
