We booked this hotel on two different occasions. Both times we asked for two double beds, and both times they had us in the system for a king. The first time they were able to get us a double bed room. The second time, we arrived around 11 PM, and they had no double rooms left. They send us to another hotel. If you book this place, don't plan on a late arrival! Also, the A/C didn't work well at night. They had it automatically set to increase the temp. at night. It got really hot!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Pool was smaller. Overall good place to stay for a few days, drinks are a bit pricey for what you get, rooms are small neat, nice decor.

Mix-up at registration resulted in our getting a junior suite. Beautiful. Location far from downtown Savannah and restaurants.

We were traveling with an infant. We asked to be in an area where he wouldn't disturb anyone if he cried. They put us in between two empty room, ironically, our son didn't make a peep. Everything felt and looked very clean.

Clean and the room smelled exceptionally good. Not enough bed pillows and the fan in the bathroom was connected to the light. It was annoying. Highly recommended. Very nice overnight stay.

The room was very comfortable and the flat panel tv was awesome. I only wish it weren't so close to exit, not a very good view waking up in the morning, but the level of traffic isn't bad. It's well worth the stay if you don't want to pay the high cost of staying downtown especially since it's convenient to the interstate. I was able to venture to downtown in minutes.

This is a average priced, average looking, just plain average hotel and that is just fine until you come to sleep. The bed in our room was to put it bluntly HORRIBLE!. I felt like I was sleeping on a granite slab. I guess that if that's what you like you'll be okay but honestly staying at this hotel made our quick weekend visit very difficult to enjoy.,

I liked the flat screen TV. The heater/air conditioner fan never stopped blowing and it was noisy. The hotel had easy access to the freeway. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Access was very good. Complimentary coffee was service was lacking. Very nice hotel. It was clean comfortable and easy to be at. I was disappointed that complimentary coffee service was so poor. They did not put coffee out till about 7 AM and once the pot was empty they did not seem to care about refilling.

Hotel room design is horrible. Pillows were pathetic. Decor is trendy but non functional. Construction of hotel must be from cardboard, certainly not concrete. Can hear every noise possible from neighbors above, below and on your side. Breakfast should have been included but no! I have had better free breakfasts than this one for $7.50. Sheraton really missed the mark with this hotel design. I won't be back.

Great service. Beautiful and new space! Noisy! Did not clean & vacuum floors daily! Nor did they wash the shower in my 5 days. Great but noisy!

Very nice for this star level and they work hard to be a three-star hotel. This Four Points by Sheraton hotel is at the airport and also convenient to downtown Savannah using I-95 and I-16 for approximately 12-15 miles. I-516 can take you to mid-Savannah (DeRenne Avenue/lower Abercorn) for about same miles/time. Very clean hotel also across from very nice golf course, loved it!

The staff was extremely friendly and it looked like a 4 star hotel! There is nothing negative! This was a beautiful hotel, with extreme curb appeal and a very friendly staff to go with it. I would definitely stay there again! And recommend it to any and every traveler!

The decor, cleanliness and location This hotel seemed very new. It was clean, well decorated and in an excellent location between Savannah and Hilton Head.
