It was very comfortable and the staff was good. I didn't really like the location. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It was located in and within walking distance of the downtown area.

Accommodating staff andgood breakfast. The bed comforter was way too hot to use, but I was then cold without it.

The bathrooms. The fitness room had no weights. We loved our stay at the Four Points. The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the location was convenient to Downtown Asheville. It was a great stay.

This hotel shows many signs of wear and tear. While the staff of thisok hotelis responsive, they are working with sub par facilities. Walking distance to all downtown Asheville shopping and great restaurants. Don't miss the Early Girl Eatery on Wall Street.
