Nothing! Dingy lobby. Very depressing room. Small cramped. Old. The quality of this hotel is for students or immigrants or street-people. It is at the very most a two star hotel.

Great location, reasonable room rate Rooms are a little small ,but nice and clean You can't beat the location, it is within walking distance from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The rooms were a bit small, but were clean. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends

"The Four Points has extemely inadequate soudproofing. All night long there was screaming and yelling outside, including bar brawls and police. Although the accommodations themselves were fine, the neighborhood would prevent me from staying there again. "

The rooms were dirty. I'm using plural because I had to change rooms 3 times due to the filth. I confirmed reservation for 1 king bed for 3 nights, when I got there all they had available was 2 doubles...after practically begging they "found" a room with one bed...which was the filthiest rooms I had ever seen, and I use to live in NY. After I complained they stuck us in a handicap room which again was dirty. I finally called central reservations and complained after which they changed our rooms for the third and final time. When I went to go pick up the keys at the front desk, the person had the audacity to ask me why I didn't call them directly and why I called central reservations instead....so the first 2 times I didn't call them and the rooms were changed miraculously? Worst stay ever. The bed sheets were scratchy, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was so uncomfortable...etc

Clean rooms/bathroom, staff responsive except in area of forgotten items discovered after checking out! Hotel is seemingly non-caring about items left behind by patron. Seems to be no efficient system for dealing with said problem. Room and bathroom were clean albeit small. (No shelves in bathroom for personal items, etc.) Staff is responsive to requests (e.g., we requested a room change and were accommodated). Disappointingly guests have to request a coffee pot. When we did it still had not been delivered at the end of the day when we returned. Annoyingly the list of channels on the written guide did not correspond to actuality (We could not figure out how to access CBS and had to ask for help. Staff person found that it was listed wrong on printed guide). Biggest issue: We were put off three days regarding a left-behind computer cord. We had to go through house-keeping who told us appropriate person for handling problem wouldn't be in until tomorrow. The next day, person never returned our eight calls! Following day I had my son-in-law go straight to the hotel. It happened that staff person was on the phone with me about how to retrieve my computer cord when my son-in-law appeared. He experienced staff as less than eager (possibly annoyed) about dealing with the problem. Luckily he was able to retrieve the cord then and there. Hotel of this caliber should have an efficient, respectful way of dealing with patrons who unwittingly forget an item.

Convenient to one of the main subway lines used to get around Manhattan. It's tall and only has two elevators and one of the elevators kept breaking down. Inconvenient to get ice. The hotel overall was renovated nicely. It is convenient to the subway. The rooms look nice and are comfortable. This may be picky but really the only bad thing is that it is tall and only has two elevators so you do have to wait a while for one. And ice machines are only on every other floor.

The room was small (as most NYC rooms are). But it was very nice. There was nothing that I didn't like. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the room. It was also in a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was prefect; it was clean; beds comfortable; great price. Room was small but I expect that in NYC. Hotel is great for a short stay in the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The location in perfect if your plans include going out in lower Manhattan. Otherwise, it is very convenient to the subway. Staff was friendly.

Hotel was within three blocks of my main destination, a gallery in Chelsea where my friend and were showing. Also within walking distance of Penn Station & various subway stops,as well as restaurants, coffee shops, & shopping. Room was clean and adequately sized. Staff was very friendly. Two computers in lobby offered free internet access, although sometimes we had to wait to use it - especially if other guests had teenage kids! Some rooms are being renovated.

We were three young women visiting NYC for the first time, this hotel made our experience that much better. It has an excellent view of the Empire State Building, which we were fortunate to see it change to three different colors (that change according to holidays). The subway station is literally right around the corner with plenty of cheap places to eat. You CAN walk to times square but since the subway station is nearby it is so much more convenient to take it. I would definitely stay here on my next visit in the Spring and I highly recommend it!

Very clean upscale small room in small hotel with nice staff, good room service, excellent economical price for new york --if you drive into the city, be sure to remember to get your parking validated at the desk before you leave!!!!

Beautiful lobby, hallways,room and bath, good food, friendly staff, overall great. Switch for light fixtures could be better accesible, room could have take a lighter color on walls (too dark). Excellent choice, not only for its location but for the hotel itself as well as the staff. I could not have found a better hotel in the area. Definitely I will stay at this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was great. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room clean. None. Four Points Sheraton gave an affordable price without sacrificing quality and service. I would definitely attempt to book with Four Points again. What a great deal!

Location. The room was uncomfortable!, Impossible to regulate temperature. The location was great however the lobby had trash stacked in the corner, there were no computers available and it was impossible to regulate the rooms temperature. I couldn't wait to check out!
