The staff were very helpful and professional. When we arrived we sat down to have a cup of tea. However, the long life milk in the little mini tubs we were provided with had unfortunately curdled. However, when we asked for more milk, the receptionist kindly provided us with fresh milk and graciously apologised. There were lovely occitane products in the bathroom provided and it was like a home from home. All in all, better than a hotel. Location wise, it was close to the O2 Theatre and we had a lovely walk around Canary Wharf.

Pretty easy to find. Would have been nice if Parking was included in price. Excellent service from helpful members of desk staff.Rooms lovely andy cosy. Possibly could have been a little cleaner ie cutlery and some cups a little dirty ..but not too bad.Great place to stay for easy \"pedestrean \" travel into Canary Wharf and inner London City by the regular trains and buses. Everybody surprisingly helpful and kind. Thanks for a great succesfull mini-break. Trying to book something here for Easter but no rooms ??

We stayed here on NYE. There were 7 of us. The apartment was excellent. We paid £350, which between 7 for NYE in London is excellent value. The finish in the rooms was equivalent to a top end 4 star hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and when I emailed before asking for a compete bed to room breakdown it was accurate. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the tube.

A relaxing way to stay in London without the crowds. A bit noisy in the morning due to Billingsgate market. Enquire about bedrooms away from the road. Excellent free shuttle service to town at certain times.

Myself and my colleagues had to find a hotel at short notice for a 3am start in the office. As usual Laterooms came up trumps. The hotel consists of a number of self contained apartments which can only be described as luxury. This is how you imagine dockside living to be, magnificent views, especially at night and truly comfortable and well proportioned rooms. It's a shame we could only enjoy the place for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again when looking for an executive style weekend.

Only stayed for one night but very pleasant. Hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean and confortable. Hotel provide continental breakfast in small cafeteria but not mentioned in their blurb ~ this would be useful to know in advance. Wonderful view from the balcony and only 10 mins from the underground ~ very well placed. Would definatelt stay again.

The room was a little disappointing, especially the second bedroom which was quite small and not ensuite. Whilst I would admit that the Aprtment description did not specify ensuite it woould have been a lot nicer as there were two couples occupying the apartment. The shower room was very tired and there was black mould around the shower seals. There were no tea towels in the apartment. Also, we ordered ,at a cost of £4, use of in-room Wi-Fi which did not work (I beleive owing to a faulty router) but the staff were not particulalrly interested in helping out merely referring us to a helplinee that would charge US to put it right. Finally, when we checked into the Apartment the reception staff insisted on charging us VAT on top of the agreed Laterooms price although they did eventually relent after us showing them our booking and persisting with them. They claimed it was the fault of Laterooms and not theirs but offered no apology.

This was a fantastic cost effective alternate solution for a small staff group meeting in London. Our appratment had 3 ample size rooms all with good comfortable beds and the overall feel was 4 star. Great views of Olympic Park being built and since we work in Olympic sport we loved that. Would defintiely use again at that price (avergaed £50/head).

Will definitely be coming back!A group of us came to stay for my friend's birthday and we loved it. The apartment was very modern and clean, and the beds very comfortable! We had a balcony that looked out over the river and also the o2 arena.. it was perfect, and such great value for money. We are already planning our next stay!

We drove straight past the hotel and asked the canary wharf security people. When we looked back there were the apartments proudly proclaiming themselves on the skyline. We can only commend the service and standard of the apartments. A great way to stay near to London and do the sightseeing from a very comfortable base. Canary wharf has a good shopping mall with Waitrose and other food shops to buy from. The Jubilee line runs straight into town in about 15 mins. Waterloo connects you to the west end stations. We never had to wait more than 3 mins for a train!

Ever been to a place that's clean, comfortable and functional etc, but just didn't feel over the moon to be staying there? Unfortunately, that's what I had with the 'sleeps four' room at Fraser Place. Don't get me wrong, it's clean, it's comfortable, the staff are great, and it's in a great location (if you're looking for canary wharf) - but it kinda felt like staying in a cheap new-build apartment. Ok, there were downsides, like a bust toilet lock and window in the second bedroom (so we came 'home' to find the curtains flailing (a nice security risk/feature) which does obviously taint my opinion a little - but it comes down to the thought that as funcational and 'standard' as it was - to be honest, I'd have been happier paying the same money for a one room hotel than for a two bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room apartment. And believe me, I'm tight with money - that kinda statement doesn't come cheap (forgive the pun). From what I'm told, the more expensive apartments are a lot better than the £179 a night two bedroom apartments - and hopefully they're higher up too (our bedroom was RIGHT next to the walkway from the round (imagine pounding feet one metal at 7 in the morning - and also right next to the road (which, as Canary Wharf has increased security, means a LOT of traffic outside your room from half 6 till 10 in the morning. Of course, it could have been worse, we could have been in the room with the window that opened on its own - THAT could have been a lot noisier...Like I said, staff were great - friendly, helpful (well, they tried to help with the open window thing, but didn't know how to fix it) and the lobby/bar area was great, but between stained carpets in the hallways, and that new build/too many people have been through here smell - it felt a bit like being in student accomadation (where the rooms were nicer than a student hall of course). I say I wouldn't go back on the caveat that if the more expensive rooms weren't a) broken, b) a bit smelly, c)

Absolutely brilliant. It was booked for the purpose of a girly night in London and it did the job perfectly. When we arrived, it was a little short on cutlery and bedding, but after a quick call to reception, everything was delivered. The apartment was beautiful with all appliances working properly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for money, I would definitely go again.

An excellent find close to Canary Wharf and Blackwall stations. Clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. Self catering well stocked in all areas. No furniture on the balcony but the kitchen chairs worked just fine ! For a small group this is very good value. For a couple of business colleagues with an east London appointment in the morning it was sheer luxury.

I absolutely loved this hotel. We were a group of seven, and got a lovely suite which cost about £28 per person per night. The place was clean, gorgeous and felt more like a luxury apartment than anything else. We were all very impressed, and ended up spending most of our time in the suite instead of going round.

Apartment exceeded expectations. Quite clean, very well fitted out with everything you could need - right down to dishwasher tablets and washing machine powders. Very warm and friendly staff. Small problem with a broken toaster which was checked and replaced within 10 minutes. Located next to Billingsgate market which can be noisy, but not too bad when we stayed. Less than 10 minutes walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line which links to all major underground services. All in all, a very pleasant stay in very comfortable surroundings. Would defianately go again and would 100% recommend to others.

The 4 bed apartment that I stayed in was very spacious and had all the amenities that a guest would require. It was very clean and had fantastic views of both Canary Wharf and the Thames. The location is just a 5 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube station and there is plenty of choice if you want to eat out. I would thouroughly recommend Fraser Place.

An excellent findOverall very satisfied with the level of service and accomadation was of a high quality.Had booked the 3 bedroom apartment a couple of months before so price was very reasonable. On arrival even though check in officially was not until 4pm, we were allowed access as soon as the room was serviced which was just after 1pm. The apartment location was excellent, right on the dock overlooking the water and although we were on the 1st floor, I imagine the views across Chary Wharf and London from the upper floors would be stunning. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed and a fully fitted out and functional Kitchen with a large reception room leading out to a decked patio, couldn't ask for anymore.Would definately recommend my friends and colleagues to use these facilities in the future as will I.

Very unclean, bad smell and not worth the money!!!To cut a very long story short:Expected a room with a balcony and got a room on a very low floor next to a road... not very glamorous. The room smelt really bad. The place was extremely unclean - hairs in the bathroom, dirty sheets on the sofa bed, unclean floors. When I told the staff they sent cleaning staff and it was mildly improved but not good enough and a huge waste of money.Very unhappy, staff did not seem bothered.Approach with caution - it looks good but is far from it. Stay in a hotel instead, they are much cleaner and cheaper!!!

These apartments are excellent for anyone using Canary Wharf or the o2. A group of six of us stayed and they were confortable, clean and in a really easy to get to location. There was sufficient parking and its just outside the congestion zone if coming from the North. The staff were really helpful and you couldnt have asked for more space in central London

This hotel was fantastic for our requirements, being only one tube stop from the millenium dome. We found the reception staff very approachable & friendly & the room was splendid having all the requirements for a very pleasant stay in Canary Wharf for the weekend. With the on site car parking at only £9 per day i'd say this was brilliant for being in London. Overall i'd highly recommend Frasier Place as a top place to stay :o)

Excellant, Superb, Luxury ApartmentsLuxury apartments set in a peaceful area of Canary Wharf with picturesque views of the marina from our balcony . The apartment was tastefully furnished to high standard throughout and was by far better than we had expected. We stayed in a three bedroomed apartment which also had a double sofa bed so plenty of room for 7-8 people, making it super value especially for London prices. Cant fault anything about our stay not even the £9 per car onsite car parking charge. 24 hour reception manned by polite courteous staff who went out of their way to acoomodate our stay. Excellant transport links into Central London with local amenities within walking distance. Me and my friends have in teh past stayed ata number of apartments and this was by far the best. Would definatley recommend it especially for larger gropus. Me and my friends will definatley be returning in the future.

I've used laterooms.com many times before. And this time laterooms.com scores again!Great hotel apartment and great view. Certainly would stay here again. Highly recommended. A proper site location map would help as reception entrance is not easy to locate (out of sight when driving) and accessible on foot only. Minor issue with defrosted fridge/freezer left a small amount of water on kitchen floor. Unable to exit locked car park after check-out with keycard already returned to reception. I had to phone reception from car park to open electronic gate (may be a speaker phone at locked gate would remove the embarrassment). But all these are minor points, would definitely stay here again. Would also look at other Fraser Place sites in future. Thanks laterooms.com.

The location is excellent overlooking the water and very close to Canary Wharf shops, bars, restaurants and underground. The accommodation was spacious - there were two adults, two children and two OAP's in my party. There are a lot of steps to get to reception mind you. Also note that identification is required at check in. - unusual for UK residents to have to provide. My only real complaint is that the apartment was not the cleanest but it may have been a one off. At 20 minutes by tube to the West End, for the price it is hard to fault.
