Champagne at check in & complimentary breakfast room service. I couldn't stay longer. We went to the French quarter inn as a pre Christmas get away, and were not disappointed. There are no details missed in this hotel - from the champagne at check in, to the pillow menu that allows you to choose a pillow that suits your sleep needs. The staff was friendly generally, and the location you can't beat, close to shopping restaurants, water, and historic district. I hope that we can stay at the French quarter again soon.

I really enjoyed the great service, the champagne upon arrival, and the amazing location. I loved this hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay there. The champagne upon arrival along with great customer service was great. I loved that they had hot coffee and tea on every floor. The location couldn't be any better, and I absolutely loved the rooms. The beds weren't your typical ugly print. They were modern looking yet cozy. The only thing I wasn't blown away with was breakfast. I probably got too much of a high expectation from everything else that was great.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and full of amenities (pillows, service, etc.) From the continental breakfast to the wine and cheese, we were treated well throughout each day. Gret location for touring--- center of attractions, all within walking distance. Awesome experience!

Elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The front desk was always friendly and accomodating, and the champagne and lady fingers upon check-in are a nice touch. The room was clean and comfy, and I love the gorgeous bathroom. I enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. This is my second visit, and I have had a wonderful experience each time. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

From the xxx-count sheets to the 24-hour complimentary coffee (complete with china cups) in every hallway, this hotel is thinking about their guests. It was a treat to be there. The location is great for getting around everywhere a tourist wants to be in Charleston. The only thing is there's no real view -- you're looking at the rooftops of the market and other nearby buildings. But the room, lobby, patios were all beautiful.

We were so pleased with our stay in this hotel. Beautifully decorated with terrific ambiance. Stayed here with 2 teen children who loved the generous complimentary continental breakfast in the morning; the cheese, crackers (and wine) in late afternoon; and the large cookies and milk before bed. The location couldn't have been better. We walked to the water and ate at a nice seafood restaurant and then strolled down through the waterfront park and historic homes along cobblestone streets. In the morning we were near the large market area and local shops and restaurants. Wonderful hotel and delightful city that all should see. We look forward to a return visit.

We were there on our honeymoon and they made us feel extra special by delivering to our room champagne and a personal note from the manager. The service if 1st class because when you can take a shower in the evening for dinner and come back to your room with turndown service and have fresh towels and clean bathroom, it is superb! The staff was great and helped us upgrade our room which we loved and already have rebooked. You should stay at least one time if nothing but for the convenience.

As we checked in, they offered a glass of champagne to welcome us. Happy hour was in progress which included wine, cheese and grapes. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel offers a continental breakfast and we were told that we could ask for a tray to be delivered to us in the morning at whatever time we chose if we didn't want to go down to the lobby. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the French Quarter Inn.

Free coffee, tea, lemonade, and champagne are served throughout the day. Although, the room decor and furniture was of a high quality, I didn't like the colonial theme. This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in anywhere in the country. The location was perfect, the staff extremely friendly, the restaurant was excellent, they had free coffee, tea, champagne, and lemonade all day. The free breakfast was an average continental breakfast but had several healthy items. They had a free wine and cheese reception at 5:00. The list of good things goes on and on but the bottom line is that it was a great experience.
