We stay in this hotel last September for 2 days. The room only provide the basic amenities, donâ€™t expect coffee or tea even kettle. The most horrible was theft went in our room and tried to break my luggage, when we back to the hotel we were shocked. We informed the hotel and got to know there were 5 roomsâ€™ involved even police came and took picture, thatâ€™s the worst experience I ever had. The most interesting was the staff showed us their stress and frustration; we were the one being â€œrobâ€ not them. Not safe at all in this hotel, please double consider if you choose this hotel for your holidays. It will definitely â€œruinâ€ your holidays.

The hotel is nice and modern with a good location and good services. Breakfast was included and was very good with the possibility to choose whatever you wanted and as much as you wished. I would choose to stay there again if I visited Vienna in the future.
