This hotel is conveniently located along Via Nazionale, one of the many high streets in Rome, full of shops, bars and restaurants. Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain are within walking distance. Termini train, metro and bus station is also within easy reach. This is a good location for a high quality, 3-star, superior property. 0509 FR. This is a traditional Roman building in keeping with the surroundings. The hotel is located on the second and third floor of the building. The lobby is medium in size and opens up to a well-lit seating area with colourful sofas and coffee tables. There is also an American bar. The rooms have been recently refurbished and brought up to a very good standard. They are tastefully decorated in a traditional style, and are spacious and luminous and equipped with all the modern comforts. The marbled bathrooms are also in very good condition. There is a very well appointed breakfast room where a rich buffet breakfast is served. 1 km to the nearest station (termini), 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 25 kms to the airport (ciampino), 35 kms to the airport (fiumicino), 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (pzza repubblica).

We enjoyed the lovely cafe - coffee & breakfast every morning - all complementary. Womderful staff & location were perfect. The room was nice size & bath was surprisingly roomy too. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, within walking distance of every place we wanted to go. At times the noise from the hall and nearby rooms was a problem. Except for the noise we heard at times this was a good value at a great location.

Location and staff. Air condition in rooms did not work. We changed rooms three times before having a room with a properly functional air conditioner.

Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and cheerful at all times. Breakfast was very expensive (14EU) compared with the cafes in the immediate area. The excellent neighborhood -- three blocks from the Metro; view of the Eiffel Tower from many of the rooms; helpful staff: comfortable beds - and much more, make this a great location from which to see Paris. It is an ideal hotel, for singles and for families. I recommend it very highly.

Convenient location. Bathroom was tiny. Tiny bathroom, strange entrance, not very helpful staff.

Great location - staff was very helpful. I am still awaiting the resolution of the double charge for the room. If it weren't for this goof up, I would rate the overall experience as excellent but it will not get those remarks until one of the charges is refunded.
