I depend on a place to dine in and to have a few drinks then go up to my room. I didn't know that the bar was not open on weekends or that the restaurant was only open for breakfast or only for room service. Other than that the Grace Inn was a clean place and the room was set up clean and very useable with a king bed and a small kitchen and a desk. The location was off I-10 and access to anywhere. There was also a few small restuarants close by and a walgreens.

While the hotel is older, it has been kep up well. The room (a hospitalilty suite) was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The plaza area near the pool was a pleasant place to sit, relax, and enjoy a drink. The proximity of the hotel to the airport is a plus.

The initial presentation of Grace Inn was very appealing. The rooms reserved were NOT available (requested king and they were not available). The beds were horrible.

The place is old and needs lot of maintenance. The shower did not work properly and would not drain. Everything above the first floor needs to be remodled. The beds are about two feet off the floor. Room was not very clean, coffee spills on the counters. Didn't pay much for the room so I guess it's my fault, you get what you pay for. Location is good the lady in the daytime was nice the guy at night was a jerk.

Our recent visit to Phoenix was very enjoyable and our hotel, the Grace Inn, was nearly perfect. Although not a new, luxury resort, it was great for the five nights we stayed. With a restaurant on site and a comfortable pool area, the hotel provided us with what we were looking for---comfort, relaxation, and convenience. It has at least two important amenities for us and would like to make your customers aware of them: First, it is across the street from a fabulous Gold's Gym. If your customers are wanting to workout while being on vacation.....and who isn't willing not to give into total slugship.....then this is a great feature and it is totally free for hotel guest; Anotther feature we enjoyed is the McDonalds located a few steps from the hotel. This allowed us to experience more of a variety in our breakfast choices and allowed us to get acquainted with some of the newer offerings from Mac's. These included their healthy breakfast choices like a yogurt and fruit salad and a breakfast parfait. We also got to sample their new lattes; the third important amenity we enjoyed was the location of the hotel right across I-10 from the IKEA store....wow.....who could ask for anything more? Overall, the Grace Inn was comfortable, easy to locate, and reasonable. The staff was helpful and professional. I would, however, suggest a daily newspaper service for customers and maybe in-room microwaves.

Poor quality, Old furnishings need updating. No controls on refrigerator, Air conditioning can't keep up with 80 degree temperature outside. Queen bed came out of the wall like a murphy bed, seemed barely larger than a twin bed, mattress was poor. We asked for a king, apparently there were kings available but we were put in a queen. No internet available even though advertised as available. Only basic TV channels available. Don't waste your time at this hotel.
