Great location, staff and roomWe were incredibly delighted with this hotel. The portions we saw were completely renovated, stylish and very clean. Our twin (2 beds) room was comfortable by Paris standards. The location is unbeatable (practically across the street from the Louvre) with great metro access. The staff were very friendly, helpful and personable. They helped us incredibly with some travel challenges we had that were not associated with our accommodations. There was a slight mix-up on our room when we arrived which the quickly and willingly fixed - and we could not have asked for more. Some comments noted that the room was noisy - but we did not feel that it was any different than you encounter other places in busy Paris areas. We will definitely stay here again.

Very small room,with noisy,not very effective air con, but we were on the top floor,so perhaps that did not help, staff top notch,very helpful and polite,our first trip to Paris,so lots of daft questions.Good central location.

The location of this hotel was superb - a stone's throw from the Louvre and walking distance from the RER for a cheap link to CDG airport. We had a great short break here: the room was small, but clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
